Google5I was able to get an appointment on the same day that I called. The garage door technician Danny was very nice he installed new springs and bearings. My door is so much quieter. Very happy with the service from Precision Garage Door Service.

Google5Nick came to my house for the initial consultation and measurements. He was very knowledgeable and gave helpful suggestions. Mason did the installation, he was very capable and professional. I definitely recommend Precision Door Services for garage doors.

Google5My door was not operating properly. It didn't always close, or would close part of the way and then "clunk" and go back up. It was noisy and did not operate smoothly. I was able to book my appointment online for the desired time and day. The tech arrived within the 4 hour window and I was notified by text message that he was on his way, and it included his name and a picture of who to expect. Shane was knowledgeable and gave me options to choose from for the service(s) needed. Once I approved the quote he was able to complete the job on the spot. My door works perfectly now.

Google5We called precision just to get a tuneup with James because our door had not been closing properly. He came out and did that and then we decided it needed a new motor and other things. We are so glad that we did that and Mason was very courteous and efficient. The door is very quiet and our light hadn’t worked for years! It no longer has a chain and it is now belt driven. We couldn’t be happier with the work and with precision. Would definitely recommend them.

Google5I wasn't sure what to expect. Sebastian Dominguez showed up on time with a positive and friendly attitude. As he walked me through the process regarding my door, I was a little overwhelmed. However, with his expertise, he made me feel comfortable that I had made the right choice. Sebastian came over in the evening with the same smile and positive after working all day. His dedication and work ethic were above excellent. After the work was completed, my garage door was so quiet. With the new motor, I can rest assured that I won't have any problems. It's hard in today's society to find honest, hardworking people. Sebastian is definitely an asset to this company. If I ever need help or have questions, I'll gladly reach out to him.

Google5We were installing a car lift in our garage with a 10-foot ceiling and needed a side-mount garage door opener, along with a high-lift track modification to raise the door about 2.5 feet higher and maximize overhead space. The team from Precision Garage Door (San Luis Obispo, CA) showed up on the first day with the motor and had it mounted and fully installed within four hours. They ordered the parts for the high-lift track conversion, and about two weeks later, came back and knocked out that phase of the project in just a few hours. Our technicians, James Augusta and Gabe Garcia, were outstanding—polite, clean-cut, well-spoken, and extremely detail-oriented. These guys work seamlessly together and clearly take pride in what they do. Communication with the office was smooth throughout the entire process. Precision did exactly what their ads promise, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results.
