Google5Had garage door totally break and called at 5:30pm for help. Didn’t expect them to rush to help at that late time. Well, Joey not only came that night but was very professional, friendly and stayed till door was fixed. Absolutely recommend this company and Joey. Thank you so much!!

Google5Prompt service, turned up at my place the day after I called which was excellent as I'm 45 miles from their base, and kept in contact letting me know when they would be arriving. Friendly and informative. Gave me repair and upgrade information clearly and with options, which for this custom (20ft and 400lb) door was appreciated. Fixed my door a lot faster than I thought it would take and the price was reasonable for what was done. Will definitely use again if I have door issues. Door is now working 100% better.

Google5Great customer service by phone. Talked me through the process of getting my garage door opener to work after replacing the sensors. They did it all by phone, after 530 pm and did not charge . Thank you

Google5I have never experienced such an exceptional level of customer service in my life. It may sound dramatic, but it’s absolutely true. After I accidentally backed into my garage door and knocked it off the rails, Shelby was at my house within minutes of my call. He was able to fix a pretty bad situation in minutes at no charge- but I would have given 5 stars even if he charged me. Shelby took the time to show me how to fix a leak in my garage that I’ve been struggling with since I bought my home. He truly felt like a real-life Santa Claus. When I first realized what I had done to my garage door, my mind immediately went to panic—how was I going to pay for this, I just bought it a year and a half ago and I already messed it up!?! I felt so embarrassed. Instead of making me feel worse, Shelby reassured me and treated me with genuine kindness and respect. He shared that this is how he approaches every customer and that it’s the key to a successful business. It’s rare to meet someone who cares this much, and I couldn’t be more grateful. If you are in need of anything involving a garage door you would be foolish to go anywhere else. Thank you Shelby Clause!!

Google5Just had my 7x16 garage door replaced. The 40 year old gear drive door was crazy loud. The new one that Cedar Park installed is a side mount motor, shaft drive and super quiet. Great quality, installer was skilled and polite.

Yelp5Fixdoor came by and installed a new garage door opener that has a battery backup. The technician was super polite and knowledgeable. The install was fast and he didn't scuff my finished ceiling at all. Afterwards, the technician walked me through how to set up the MyQ app on my phone that lets me control my door anywhere I have signal. Then he helped me sign up for in garage delivery with Amazon, so I don't have to worry about packages being stolen. Good price, good value.
