Google5Braden came to our house today to fix our garage door opener. He kept us updated on his progress while he was on the way to our house. He was friendly, polite, and professional, and quickly found and fixed the problem with our garage door opener. We're very pleased with his service.

Google5Jimmy Nelson arrived before window appointment, was very professional and explained everything that was wrong with our garage door. he worked on our garage door for about 2hours and left the area spotless. Great work and will always use A1 garage in the future.

Google5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a great experience with A1! Braden was awesome—showed up on time, explained what was going on with our garage door in a way that actually made sense, and got it fixed quickly. He was professional but also super easy to talk to, which we really appreciated. No upselling, no pressure—just solid, honest work. Our garage door is working perfectly now and runs way quieter than before. Highly recommend A1 and definitely ask for Braden if you need garage door service!

Google5Super impressed with the customer service your repairmen gave me. Had a simple garage door spring replacement and it was done timely. The repairman went over everything with cost and always gave me the out the door price. Sure they tried to upsale me but he was never pushy. Thanks for the quick response and the many options you gave me. Braiden even called me when he was on the way and asked if I wanted a drink since he was stopping of course I said no but holy cow that’s service. Thanks again I am now a customer for life thanks again Braiden.

Google5Worked out all quirks on sight. Got proper lock and full instructions for emergency situation with hands on lock and unlock lift door which I have never done. Knowledgeable about 5 lb weight of door lift with two fingers. Next house I will get bigger spring when using emergency lock. Better tailored to serve small woman in emergency no electricity situation. Glad I was well taken care of and no long wait for appointment. Over all very good experience. Thank you.

Google5A breath of fresh air! Braden was absolutely fantastic and an incredible representative of the company. His integrity and knowledge were beyond my expectations. He had a great attitude and it was obvious that he took pride in his work and his employer. Im in sales; customer service and honesty are more important to me than just “getting a job done.” I appreciated his professionalism and the explanations of everything he did, and why he had to do certain repairs. Its not every day that you shop for garage door repair businesses. I appreciated that I called A1 and A1 is who showed up! Many companies I learned, sub their work out and it was a disasterous experience, prior to finding A1. A1 Garage Doors has their own employees. This WILL matter if you are shopping for garage door repair companies. Every single person I came into contact with at A1 was friendly, helpful and accomodating! If anybody ever asks for recommendations for anything garage door related, it will be A1 , hands down! Thank you for getting my garage door fixed beautifully!

Google5A-1 Garage Door sent a highly skilled technician, Braden Wilhite, to inspect my malfunctioning garage door opener. He gave me a thorough explanation of what had gone wrong, and discussed options to get my system working again. I decided to have him install a unit that I had ordered from someplace other than A-1. The cost was totally worth it. The job was done quickly and Braden took time to explain all about the new unit. He also programmed my remotes, and my in car remote control. He also helped me add the MyQ app for the phone so I can monitor the garage when I’m away. Overall Braden did an excellent job and represented his company well. I will recommend him to friends and neighbors who might have garage door issues.

Google5We had A1Garage Door Service, Rafa Saenz the Tech expert came out to do garage door tuneup. He & his assistant and surveyed the doors and reasons why it wasn’t closing properly. They were Friendly & explained what was needed & what they would do. We have a double wide custom wood door, & wanted to keep that. Rafa and his assistant, worked to align door, install heavier duty springs & cable. He had recommendations for additional items, rollers, hinges etc. which we passed on those items at that time. Yes, a new door would’ve solved the issues, but as I said, we like our custom wood door. They stayed past their original appointment time, it was late in evening, they returned the next day to complete the task. The door was usable. Rafa stated to give him a call if it acts up. A couple of months the door was creaking & popping. Rafa came out on his off day & did some tweaks, but this time noticed a couple of hinges had stress fractures & breaks. He recommended the items again. We made a service request, w Rafa for the additional items & door deal. He came out and got started, kept us in the loop, and completed the upgrades, readjusted the opener to ensure excellent operation. Rafa is a great garage door technician, friendly, knowledgeable about the doors & parts. We highly recommend Rafa Saenz & A1 Garage Door Service. They arrived when promised, stayed until the jobs were done. Thank you A1 & Rafa!

Yelp1Giving a follow-up on my last review of how awful these guys are. My $2,600 spent for a new gate opener is now officially a complete waste. The electronics board is no good and the arm does not have the capacity to open my gate without blowing a fuse. I now have an authorized Liftmaster dealer working on it. Do not let these guys on your property.
