Google1I had a very disappointing experience with an employee named Gabby. Her attitude was bad from the start. she didn’t seem happy to be there at all and acted very dismissive, like she didn’t care. We were getting paint, and she left the bucket of paint messy. Paint ended up getting on my jacket. When I asked if she had paper to clean it up, she was rude and didn’t apologize at all she was just rushing to get away . I also have some difficulty speaking English, and as an employee at Home Depot, I expected more patience, understanding, and basic customer service. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I really thought the service would be better.

Google5We had a great experience at Home Depot and their monthly kids workshop. The staff was extremely helpful and going out of their way to help us out. Can't wait for more projects!

Google5I made my full appliance order with the Kyle Home Depot. Their appliance department team is amazing. Jill helped me with picking out just the right appliances and Rebeccah was her backup double checking the exact model numbers to ensure I got just the right fit. They weren't finished there though. I had to make changes after the order occurred and the sale was over. Mili, the manager, helped me get close to the original sale pricing. I truly appreciate this team that proves that taking care of their customer is their main concern.

Google5Robert was very helpful in getting me the MFD board for my son's Art course. He was proactive in cutting it, polite and helpful. Thank you very much Robert. The Home Depot customer service is exceptional!

Google1This dog almost bit a customer. I told multiple employees and they said he looked like a good dog. I have previously seen dogs taking a shit in the aisle here. Disgusting behavior.

Google5I met a young lady here in the tool section this morning. She was incredibly knowledgeable while helping me select the correct nail gun for an in home project. She helped me select the correct nail sizes for the project while explaining the performance and durability of each. She then provided me with her number just in case I had additional questions. Wow - talk about outstanding customer service! She also mentioned that she has been an employee for 8 years here. I'd imagine that her promotion to management is in the works. I'll admit I'm embarrassed that I didn't catch her name. Thank you for helping me. 🙏

Google5We can’t say enough good things about the Pro Desk at Home Depot, especially Rose and Ruben. Rose is INCREDIBLE!!! She’s always so welcoming, friendly, and patient, no matter how busy it is. She takes the time to explain things, makes sure orders are right, and genuinely cares about helping us. It feels like she goes the extra mile every single time, and it makes such a difference for our business. Ruben is also fantastic. He’s knowledgeable, dependable, and truly committed to customer service. The fact that he even took the time to respond to us while on vacation says everything about how much he cares about his customers. That kind of dedication is rare and very much appreciated. Together, Rose and Ruben make the Pro Desk an absolute pleasure to work with. They’ve both earned our trust and loyalty, and we’re very grateful for the outstanding service they provide.
