Our door is having problems going up when the weather is cold since they fixed a twisted cable last year.. , We had 2 springs on the door. We were told we only needed one and they took one off. Since they took it off the door doesn't open right, when the weather is cold. It didn't work last winter and now it isn't working again when the weather gets down to freezing. He came up to our house and turned a screw, he was here 5 minutes charged $120.00, still not working. Came back next day to put new sealing strip around the door, charged $80.00 still doesn't work right. $200.00 wasted.
