I called Santa Barbara Overhead Door to get help with an electric gate that was opening and closing on its own. Within 2.5 hours, Daniel arrived to save the day! He quickly and expertly diagnosed the problem. He welded the broken piece back into place, and VOILA! The gate was back to opening and closing correctly. Laura, another staff member, could not have been nicer! I wholeheartedly recommend Santa Barbara Overhead Door for your electric gate needs. Their customer service is outstanding!

I really appreciated Eva’s help. She was kind, smart and very accommodating to my tight schedule. She also assured me that our new door would be delivered and installed pronto. We've used SB Overhead Door for over 20 years and always have been pleased with their service. Yesterday we decided it was time to have our garage door opener upgraded and Jacob came and spent the better part of the day not only installing a new side-mount system but sweating the details to make sure it was as whisper quiet as possible. It was a tricky install because of the weight and configuration of our existing door, but he showed patience and perseverance throughout the whole process. Highly recommend these guys.

I had a great experience with Santa Barbara Overhead Door for a garage door coil repair. I called them on a Monday morning and they were able to come out the same day. The team arrived when they said they were going to and they were friendly, professional, and courteous. They went above and beyond and not only fixed my coils but also adjusted the tension in the garage door opener belt to make sure everything was perfect before they left. I highly recommend them. Jacob and Mike are great representatives of Santa Barbara Overhead Door.

The 5 stars would be for Mike who always is kind, knowledgeable, and the patience of a clergyman. He's the only reason this place gets any stars. I call the office and tell them We need someone because the doors of the track. The lady said"The soonest would be Monday" I let her know that my boss is 83 years old, her husband just passed away and she can't have her garage vulnerable until Monday. So she said they have a 24 hr emergency service and that it cost $300. Well what could I do? I couldn't get it back on myself. So I told her to please put us on the list. She said she'd check and see who was on call and let me know when he could come to fix it. She comes back on the line and says. "He'll be there on 1/2 an hr.. REALLY. I MEAN REALLY. IT'S OUR JUST ME OR IS THERE SOMETHING ABSOLUTELY WRONG WITH THAT. Mind you we purchased the door from them. And the salesman was great until the money was paid. Then any issues since he doesn't have time for. If it wasn't for Mike We seriously would have just had it taken out and gotten our money back a year or so ago. I hope they pay him his worth. Because they've screwed my boss enough to give him a big fat raise. The company itself and the salesman get only one star because I can't give them no stars at all. When someone buys the product and everything through them. I don't know. Just isn't right.

I was impressed by the quick an professional work of the installers. The door functions well and looks good. The only downside was that I needed the door in a hurry, but it took almost a month to get. Services Rendered: Installation of a basic roll-up garage door

Terrible, Terrible service. I have been working with them for well over a month to get my gate repaired. 2 technician visits, 2 different problem diagnoses, 2 promises to order parts, and no parts have to date been ordered, and the problem is still not repraired. I receive no call backs from them, requiring me to reach out to them after a couple weeks go by. Today they tell me they lost a key staff member, and asked me to work with a different company - that they do not think they can actually diagnose the problem and even if they do, cannot repair it. I was happy with the initial installation, but this after the fact repair experience has been awful Services Rendered: Repair on a gate they installed 2 years ago

They are good, I mean excellent! I wouldn't have anyone else touch my doors. I have worked them on my rentals and other properties for over 20 years. Their prices are very reasonable - very fair. They come very promptly and always fix it! I use only them so I don't know what others cost but I don't imagine anyone else is coming out for cheaper.

Scott removed the double wooden sliders and heavy steel track, and supporting wood which wasn't needed for the new door. He was careful installing the garage door opener so I didn't have to move my overhead garage lights. When he finished the installation he walked me through all the operations. The door control is right next to my entry door for ease and I have two remotes. He took away my old doors and all debris, leaving a very clean area where he did the installation.
