Yelp5My garage door wouldn't close late one night. I messaged Trinity on Yelp and I received a call from Adam first thing the next morning. Adam was able to get a technician out that same morning to complete the repair even though he had a booked schedule! He understood that I was concerned about the security of my house with a broken garage door. Adam and his technician were both very prompt and professional! This is definitely a company contact I will have on hand if needed again! I highly recommend!

Yelp5They saved the day! My garage door failed at 7:15 am as I was trying to leave for work. I called Adam at 7:45 am and Mychal showed up about 90 minutes later, right on schedule. My door was stuck in a partially open position, and after my attempts to *fix* the problem by disengaging the motor and trying to force the door down, I was left with bent tracks, several rollers had popped off, and the door was now really stuck and crooked with a 2' opening on one side and a 3' opening on the other. Mychal quickly diagnosed the problem and went to work. A couple hours later my door was back in business, opening and closing more smoothly than it has in years! Mychal installed new cables, new cable drums, and new rollers. He also adjusted the torsion spring, realigned the tracks, and recalibrated the door stop position. He even lubricated the tracks and programmed my remote for good measure. Awesome service and very professional! All at an incredibly reasonable price. I couldn't be more satisfied and will recommend Trinity Overhead Garage Doors to all my friends without hesitation.

Yelp5This company is great! I called them in the morning and they said they'd be at our house between 11:00am & 12:00pm. They arrived at 10:45am!! The work was done in about an hour. Mychal did a great job! I would have no problem recommending this company!!

Yelp5I called for a quote for garage door maintenance after my garage door wouldn't open past halfway. The business owner Adam took a few minutes to ask me some questions to understand the issue I was having and was able to help me fix my garage door without having to come out, saving me time and money. If I ever need garage door service or updates, Adam will be my first call.

Yelp5I sent a project out because my garage door would only close using the keypad. It would not close using the remotes. Adam suggested to check the alignment of the sensors. Lo and behold the remotes were working and closed the garage door. I greatly appreciate Adam's free suggestion and tip. Other companies were going to charge at least $99 to come out. I will definitely keep his company in mind next time I have any problems with my garage door. Thanks again Adam!

Yelp5These guys are my saviors. My husband and I were dismayed to find out that the loud metallic bang we heard on Friday night was the spring on our garage door snapping. The next day, the garage door motor was not able to lift the door. It was far too heavy for us to lift it either and my car was being held hostage. I had to get to work on Monday and we needed it fixed urgently. I tried calling a local company that claimed that they were open 24/7. He said that we were too far away to help us. When I pointed out that they were only 1.5 miles away from us. He said that the crew was too far away on a job to get to us. He said they would be able to come out on Monday and when I told him that I needed to get to work on Monday, he told me that I would need to take an Uber! I called another local company and he said he would be right over. He never showed up and never bothered to confirm but I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt. I finally came to the conclusion that he was not going to show and called Trinity at 4:30. These guys are 22 miles away from us but he talked with me and had me send some pictures and take a few measurements to see if they had the parts we needed. He said that he could have a technician out on Sunday morning between 9 and 11. Mychal showed up at 10:00 and fixed the spring and answered a few questions. He was polite and did not seem to be angry about having to work on a Sunday morning. I contacted the owner to give him my credit card number, like we agreed and he even ended the phone call stating that he appreciated me. I appreciate them helping me out in a pinch more. I'll gladly give them a five star review.

Yelp5Penny T I meant to post this here on yelp but put it on Google reviews a while back by mistake so here it is. I called several garage repair companies for help but no one responded except Adam at Trinity Overhead. I believe he is local in Lompoc. He was the 5th company I had called and he came out in about an hour, when I could not get the time of day from anyone else. He took care of business and had everything working and good to go. I was very grateful because my car was stuck in the garage and I couldn't do anything about it. Unfortunately about a week later the garage door failed again, not sure why. I called Adam and he came out and looked it over and had it working again and didn't charge me a dime. So I am very grateful to him for a job well done and backing up his work. I'm not sure what caused the second failure, all I know is Adam took care of it and didn't charge me anything. So I was very grateful to Adam and of course I highly recommend him. I am a very satisfied customer. All of this occurred last year end of September 2022 and everything is still working well. Thanks Adam

Yelp5Adam suggested that the problem with our garage door not closing properly was related to misaligned sensors. After adjusting one of the sensors myelf ( I assumed the sensor that was blinking was the culprit), our garage door started working again. Yey! Thank you, Adam. I assured Adam, should we experience problems with our garage door again, he will be the first one we will call.
