Rudy was very helpful in a service call that originated for a diagnosis and/or repair of a broken washer. After he very quickly diagnosed and repaired that issue, we then also sought his assistance with a broken garage door. He was happy to assist on that problem and is securing the necessary parts to promptly repair the broken garage door. He has been a pleasure to work with.
