My garage door opener from pre-2000 broke and Tim from Roman Doors was dispatched to address the issue. Through the duration of his service visit he was very friendly and personable, and worked quickly to address the issue. He replaced the unit with a brand new one and even tuned up the door itself as an appreciated extra. He also made sure that I was set up with the app for my new opener before he left. My garage door now opens and closes much more smoothly/quietly than it did before. I would definitely recommend Roman Doors.

Mary got us booked same day🙂 after our garage door exploded🥺 Tim showed up and had us up and running for less than most other company's minimum service charge! No pressure to upsell for an entire new setup like the other company trying to pay for all their commercials. We are now saving to bring things up to snuff. Thank You Tim, you're a rockstar🤘You saved Christmas (20 totes of decorations and our wrapping paper were trapped in the garage) and now i can get to my tools for work! Tim was super knowledgeable, informative, friendly and professional and the quick scheduling from Mary was a Godsend. Thank You Roman Doors🙏👍💪🙂

09-09-24: I've used their service now twice. Showed up on time, on caĺl, fair prices and Tim took the time to ensure my trailer door was fixed. I'll fully support this company Spring broke on my trailer door. Same day service, upfront pricing and fully transparent. Professional installation and both installers were easy to work with. Thank you!

I rarely give a one-star review. But after two years and a couple of visits from them, I'm done. I bought a Garage door through Home Depot and had it installed. The wait was 8 months which isn't their fault and is not part of this review. What is part of this review is the terrible work that intermittently shorted out the sensors so the door wouldn't close. When they came out somehow the door would work until the 1-year warranty was done. Then during one visit, they insulted my wife stating she "Doesn't know about these things." I contacted another company and saved my review until after I confirmed the issues. The other company unprompted with the knowledge of the issue looked at the wiring and other items and stated these are wrong. They are cheap, but you get what you pay for and maybe they insult your significant other while they're at it. I will not use it again.

Tim was awesome. They helped me with a home warranty garage door issue and Tim did a great job getting the repair done quickly and at a fair price.

Bought a single car garage door which ended up with three problems. First the installer did not have the right materials and used 2x4s I had in garage and cut them up to make the install "work". Second, the installer used folder scraps of cardboard to allow bolting of the track. Third, the opener track was installed incorrectly where it rubbed against the roof of the ceiling. For every issue, Botta's had an excuse, and took zero responsibility. They even insisted my concerns were questions not really issues. At one point, the manager even went so far as to say the biggest mistake was that I was not there in person to tell them what I wanted. Excuse me?! It's kind of obvious I don't want cardboard, and kind of obvious I don't want a rubber belt rubbing against the ceiling, and furthermore, obvious that I don't want people using my materials without my permission. Plus, if there were questions, that's what cell phones are for, don't blame it on me not being there... Instead of fixing any of the mistakes, they wrote up a solution that costed $400+ on top of the original cost!!! I will not do business with Botta's ever again.
