Google5Blake from Professional Lift Solutions was very timely in arrival and quickly identified and corrected the issue with my elevator that had a family member stuck for over an hour. A safety feature that needs to be added to the PVE elevator is an emergency release button or key that can be operated from inside the elevator that would enable it to decend to the bottom floor to get out safely in the event of a malfunction. If no one is at home that can assist, the person stuck in the elevator would have to call 911 to get out which would have resulted in serious damage for emergency crews to break into my home and elevator to assist. In addition, all PVE customers should have a 24 hour support hotline for emergency assistance.

Google5The installation crew of Leon, Andrew & Jabien were very professional and courteous. Leon was very clear explaining about the function & maintenance of the elevator. My house was left as neatly as they found it when starting the project. Definitely they deserve 5 stars.

Google5Jack and Dmitri have worked hard to fix our problem an it appears there was an issue with the design of the 3rd floor access panel being too thick and pushing in on the electronics and confusing the elevator brains. They shaved it down and it is working now after many months of problems.

Google5My service was right on time. Demetri was wonderful! He repaired the elevator and answered all my questions. He did not forget one detail with the follow up. I signed u for regular maintenance to keep my elevator in top condition. Be patient with the ladies on the phone at their service center. They can sound abrupt & condescending but they are really nice in the end. Their job is difficult.

Google5Tech, Dimitri, called to say he was on his way. He was very polite and fixed the problem very quickly while explaining what he was doing. Experience from my original call for service to resolution of problem was simple and effective , I highly recommend the company and their employee

Yelp1Called Lift Master for service garage door sticking. Somehow I was re-routed to Easy Lift Garage Pro's. They showed up and told me I needed new opener (house is 4 years old) charged me $4,453.00. My bad for not checking BBB first. (A lot of complaints) Attorney general is also aware of these practices. I do not recommend ANYONE to do business with this company. I tried several times to reach them but after the first call they never responded to me. The owner, Ifrah Lior said he's not the owner and refused to give me a name of the "owner". Btw I contacted Lift Master and was told that this company is not on their approved vendor list and had no idea who they are. This company is a SCAM. PLEASE BE AWARE! I had to put 1 star to post but they would be a "0" rating
