    We have 2 12x14ft Garage doors that have been needing attention since we got to our shop, and Pro Overhead Door did an excellent job getting the doors lubricated and working way better! Thank you to James and Scott for the fast and friendly service!

    Very disappointed with the service times and management. It appears they are more worried about their time rather than the quality. They seem fine leaving jobs half done in order to get them done faster even if they are not up to code. I have heard other women complain about one of the management John. He constantly tries to talk with females who are on the job site. They are overpriced for things such as lube and other small items. Management does not seem the greatest. Will take my business elsewhere in the future and i recommend you do the same.

    Broke a spring on one of our doors on one of the coldest and nastiest days of the year. Called Pro Overhead Door and they offered to come out yesterday (60 miles away) but we told them no because of the weather forecast. They were here this morning- replaced the spring and then serviced both doors. They are both working great and sound like they’re brand new. Very prompt service and would recommend them! Thank you!!

    Due to my first review that was great for the company, sadly this review is not the same. Highly disappointed in the company. I reached out to see if they could fix the tension on the springs that they already installed prior. Since it had got so hot the springs expanded and our door was not closing. When I called there was no price given, when the workers came no price was given. Next thing I know a bill for over $100 comes. Don't get my wrong paying for services is expected, however over $100 and for something that didn't take an hour, and should have been checked when the springs were installed. I reached out to the company but John was not in, left a message for a call back and nothing. I called again the second time and was able to talk to John but he said that he needed to look at the invoice and call back the next day. It now has been about 3 weeks and nothing from anyone. John was told that the bill was not going to get paid until I heard from him, recently I just got another bill for payment but no call from John. Small business are important for the community but at the same time when costumers are told something they expect it to be done. Hopefully this experience can still have a good ending.

    AMAZING! I sent a message on Facebook messenger after hours and I was replied back to within minutes. I explained what happened and I was able to get an appointment for the next day set up. The techs called when they were on the way. The techs were friendly and fast, the job was done within the hour and they completed several tests to make sure the door was fixed. I love the fact that they will send an invoice and payment is not due at the time of service. Highly recommend this company.

    My old garage door opener was blown up by lightning & I called Jeremy & his team & they put in a new, Lift Master, for me the very next day & I couldn't be happier! A wonderful team & company.

    Worst place don't do business with this place Jeremy doesn't care about the door side and they don't treat customers right! Neither do they treat their employees right! They try to do things the cheap way and they charge you like what $20 for just lubing the door? Yeah right. Go with MBKem Enterprise instead! They are way better!
