Google5Jermaine was our garage door repair technician from Adams Family Garage Repair, and he did fantastic work! He was punctual, polite, and diligently worked to finish the repairs in Snohomish. I was provided a quote over the phone prior to their visit, which was quite helpful as other companies did not extend this service. The cost was fair, and the quality of the work was top-notch!

Google2I called and made an appointment to have someone come to my house and replace the broken spring on my garage door. I was told they had an opening between 12pm and 2pm the next day. Great! However, it was not an employee from Adam's Family Garage Repair, but someone from a different company. My wife was home and I was at work, so she did not know the difference. I arranged it. I will not mention the name of the company they sent, but they averaged 2 stars in their reviews and I would have never hired them based on all the reviews I read. He fixed our garage door and billed us an outrageous amount for the repair, which has been partially refunded, since the bill was so ridiculously high, they couldn't even argue the point. All this being said, I completely blame Adam's Family business for hiring a different company without even mentioning it to me. They should have been honest and upfront about this practice, in which they completely defended when I called and talked to the manager about. They said they were too busy to take the job themselves and said it's common practice for them to arrange someone else to do the job and did not feel it was necessary for me to know those details. They also felt the bill I received for the job was reasonable, because "prices vary". When it comes to jobs like this, I do my homework for various reasons. I have a right to know who is coming to my house and I do not want anyone that I haven't vetted first for many reasons, not to mention my wife was home alone. If you make an appointment with Adam's Family Garage Repair, you might ask the question if they are doing the work or are they arranging some other company to do the work? It's your right to know

Google5Elijah did a superb job. His thorough inspection found broken parts that needed replacing. He was courtious, and completed his project in a in less time than I expected. I would endorse him to my family and friends. Thanks for a awesome job Elijah!

Google5Price was 50% higher than last time and three weeks was too long to have to wait for the replacement panel. Installer did an fantastic job. Door looks and works great. happy.

Google5I like that they confirm the appointment the day before and they let you know who your Tech is going to be and a little about them. Lucas did a superb job. Took his time and went out of his way to make sure worked and looked good.

Google5nice young man was there when he said he would be. knowledgeable of his profession. After he was finished with the installation he walked me through how to use everything. Reasonable price . good job. Will refer to people to y'all when ask about a garage door opener.
