I would give Zero star of this company if I can. The mechanician come by is very unprofessional. The first quote he gave was $500 each spring. Plus $300 labor. ($1300 in total) When we showed him the price of spring on Home Depot is $100, he is keep saying his spring is way better than the HD one. But finally, he agreed to finish the work with $600. During working, he was calling his family with video call all the time. After finished the work, the door is not fully balanced (Close with gap on one side at the bottom). He claimed that's the garage door opener's problem and want another $100 to maintain the opener. He asked as Zelle the payment to his personal Zelle account. I did, but he said I need to pay more for tax since I put some memo on the transaction. (He has already collected sells tax, I paid $660). And he left without giving us any receipt / warrantee document. This is a person with zero integrity. Terrible experience!!
