Yelp5I got referred to by a good friend of mine to Best Service Garage Door in Sumner. After speaking over the phone to a very friendly lady she recommended that we get serviced on right away and they were able to send a technician the same day from 2 p.m. to 4 pm. The technician was able to come through on time and he was very polite and caring. The job took less than an hour to fix and my garage door looks wonderful. They were able to add new tracks and even the sensors to make them work well. Unlike before the garage door with just come half way down and lift back up now it opens and closes perfectly. So thankful I called you guys and will definitely use your service again in the future.

Yelp1I should've asked for a second estimate from someone! Do your homework before you call so you know what a fair price would be. They did send someone out promptly to fix the torsion spring on my double wide door. He came out and looked at it and said that they were commercial grade Springs he would have to replace. He gave me an estimate which seemed very high but I needed the door fixed so I told him to go ahead. He charged$1,179 29 including tax. Just looking at what he charged. . He said he was charging $800 for two Springs and $160 labor. Total of $960. With a total of $1,179.29 He must of charged more than 20% sales tax. He said that there was seven year guarantee. The only paperwork I got was a text Credit card receipt. So I don't know how I would prove that they replaced the springs if I had to take advantage of any guarantee.

Yelp5I recently had an opener motor turn two sections of the steel garage door into an accordion. I made half a dozen calls before stumbling upon these guys for a quote. Byron gave me a fair price so I hired him and am very happy with the experience. They came out right away and repaired the door like new. I would recommend them because they have better prices than most and still have good service, usually you only get one or the other.

Yelp4Our garage door spring broke at 11pm last night and it was mighty frustrating. Our landlord called these guys and from the time the landlord called to when the project was completely finished was less than 3hrs. The technician Robert was prompt, clean and impressive. He isn't much of a talker but he did his job amazingly. It was nice to see him pull up in a late-model truck with company logos on it rather than so many vendors we have used showing up in what looks like a junk vehicle. I can't comment on price since it was billed directly to our landlord but the service was AMAZING.
