Yelp1Half of these reviews aren't for garage door repair, so that seems a little strange. I had a service done in Aug of 2018, and am writing a review now because I was just looking for garage door service again today and this company came up with all five-star reviews which is very hard to believe. I found them the first time through Yelp. Chose them for being local in Bonney Lake and needed quick service. They didn't show up at the time scheduled, I waited 30 min before I called. Was told the technicians are running late and asked if they could come at 2pm instead, I said ok. I went to run some errands, come back home around noon to find a sketchy, run-down looking mini-van in my driveway and it was the repair guys. First they didn't show up when scheduled and didn't call to let me know, then showed up at a different time then my re-scheduled time. The guys who showed up were from a company based out of Bothell, which is more than an hour from Bonney Lake on a weekday, said the job was sourced to them. They also had no knowledge of the $25 for $50 deal posted on Yelp (which I see is still there) and had to make some calls to see if I could use it. They also told me I could not pay with credit card, which is listed as an option on Yelp for Bonney Lake Garage Door Repair, so I had to leave them at my house to go get cash as they would not take a check either. They performed the repair I needed, but left screws on the garage floor and shoved all of the old rubber from the seals in my recycling bin--which can't be recycled in residential pick up. They also gave me their business card to get me to call them directly instead of going through Bonney Lake Garage Door Repair. I wish I kept it so I could write a review about them too since they did the actual service, but they're also not who I thought I was hiring.

Yelp5I stopped in a couple weeks ago as my windshield wiper was ready to fall off. This was my first time in tje store. It was minutes before closing time, and I didn't feel rushed at all. They were very helpful, and installed the much needed replacements. I'll definitely be back!

Yelp5Have you ever walked into the store and was: *greeted hello *asked what you needed *been assisted with your needs *generously and genuinely granted AWESOME customer service... Well, this small business provides that with EXTRA HELPINGS! I make the extra effort to stop by this shope when visitng relatives nearby. Each time I have visited, I have always been greeted with great customer service. I never have had to ask for assistance, yes i said NEVER! I have purchased items from replacement car wipers (which were installed in my car without asking for help...) My dad has also frequented this shope and even purchased extra items because he was so impressed! Attn all business owners!!! customers will travel far and purchase more when you provide customer service!
