I was really impressed with the level of service I received from Carbon River Doors. Brock was very timely, communicative and professional. He quickly assessed my garage door issues and offered solutions that were both practical and cost effective. Extremely fair and honest! He only replaced what needed to be replaced and didn't try to upsell me! Brock took the time to educate me on each component of my garage door and how to properly maintain it. I really had a positive experience with this company. I trust them. I will definitely be contacting this company for any future issues and I will refer my friends!

My cable fell off and man did James at Carbon River Doors help! I couldn't get my car out of the garage and was panicking. They came out first thing in the morning after calling them at 10pm. He was able to fix it, replace my rollers and did it quick. What a great team, I found my new garage door company and will continue to use them! Definitely recommend them! After calling 10+ garage door companies, this one was the best!

These guys are amazing! We were able to get our garage door fixed within hours of it breaking down. Brock refurbished my garage door motor, rollers, chain and motor mounting all for under $45-- and $0 service fee like other companies charge just to show up. Carbon River Doors exceeded my expectations by a huge amount. I'll always refer them to my friends and family. Great job.

We've needed to replace the garage door opener for some time do to reliability issues. I had planned DIY install before major medical issues. I started scheming on how i might be able to do it myself but ultimately, reason won the argument. After flipping through project coordinators with no results, turned to Yelp. Carbon answered the and Crystal was fabulous to work with. Three days later, installer just left. sorry I'm remember his name of the to but was a delight to work with for a wheel chair DIY quarterback. I would have charge me double for my added advice but it's against my ethica... lol . Will be back for future needs...

This company is the definition of how these service companies should operate. James was great! He taught me more about garage doors than I ever could have imagined. I had a spring break which was the reason for the service. I researched various companies. Carbon River Doors came out on top. Price was the best and they had good reviews. James not only replaced the broken spring but for just the cost of the additional spring (no additional labor) also replaced the spring on the other door which was likely to go soon. He showed me how to properly lubricate the doors as well. It was like night and day how quiet they were after. They are also a small company and don't spent all the overhead on advertising and such. I always prefer to support such companies whenever feasible. I highly recommend Carbon River Doors and will be using them for my future garage door needs.

My experience went extremely well. I was helped by James who was super friendly to me and my kids. He seemed to really know his stuff and was very informative. He fixed the rollers on my door, checked, and tuned up the rest of the unit. He even had a super friendly laid back dog who was happy just sitting in his truck. Overall it went well. The installer seemed knowledgable about this line of work and assessing my current system. Almost right off the bat he wanted to sell me new springs. Which it probably needed because the door was very hard to raise by hand. The springs had been replaced before as he pointed out, probably not sprung properly. Nevertheless, he was on his phone most of the time talking to his wife/girlfriend (wasn't a co-worker obviously). Later in the install he and I were talking and he stated this was probably his last week with the company ( he only worked with CRD for a few months and wasn't happy). This is not what you want to hear when you are hiring a company to install a garage door system for you by a person who won't be there next week! This review is +1 month since install. Overall I'm very happy though. Lifetime warranty door opener (registered), super quiet, working great, install went smooth, no issues. Money well spent. Services Rendered: Garage Door Motor, sensors, external keypad installed.
