Yelp1I called this number several times. Always routed to a mobile number. They initially responded quickly but never completed the work despite being paid in full. Many attempt s were made to schedule completion and adjustments . There seems to be no accountability for service. Totally unsatisfactory.

Yelp1I get the distinct feeling I was ripped off!! Called Saturday morning and was told a technician would be out by Noon. Technician came and diagnosed faulty motor and quoted $750 to replace. This seemed high, but I was anxious to get it done so gave the go ahead. Job was done. I discovered on Sunday that the top panel of the door is not closing flush and the wifi remote does not close the door on first try. Called two other companies for price comparison for same model door opener - Precision quoted $399 and CHS quoted $499. So I called Chief back three times. Each time I was told a supervisor would call me back. Nothing! Of the fourth call to the same number on Chief's website - 206-826-9334, I was told that this was NOT Chief Garage Door Repair, but was now a business called Local Garage Door Repair. I was also told that the technician who did my repair no longer works for the company and that I should call him at a number they provided. This number does not work. Feeling scammed!!! Do NOT use this company
