Google5Came out to look at an old and failing opener. Tried a few things to see if we could fix it. Ultimately it needed to be replaced. Gave me an accurate quote, showed up on time, installed the new opener, lubed and tightened everything up on the old wood door I have and left the place cleaner than he found it. Overall, great service at a fair price from a small local business!

Google5We contacted Discount Garage Door to ask about repairs after a spring snapped off one of the 2 worn out doors. Will was out the next day! We knew the doors were old so we asked about having them replaced. Will and his team were able to schedule an appt to install new garage doors and opener in less than a week! We were very impressed with his company and how respectful they were throughout the entire experience. Highly reccomended!

Google5I so spaced this!! I'm sorry Will. You did such an awesome job and how quickly it was finished. You fixed the horrible install the house came with and the opener has been so quiet and the proper springs actually rated for our door! Pricing was amazing and you answered all my questions regardless of how basic they were!

Google5Will is awesome, and did a wonderful job. Had a torsion spring fail and had him come out and replace both springs. Will had the springs done in no time and even tightened the flanges and lubed the rollers as a courtesy. Highly recommended.

Google5Will came out the day after I called, didn’t give any BS about extra charges because of the size of my door or anything (I have a big, heavy, old, wooden door), replaced both garage door springs at a much fairer price than others in the area, and was very friendly and efficient. Highly recommend 👍🏻

Google5Had an amazing experience with this company working with Will a few months ago. My garage door was in the beginning stages of buckling and cracking and I was sure I'd need a new door entirely. He came out right away and suggested some struts at a super affordable rate and that I didn't need a new door just yet. I was so impressed with his transparency and he did not try to upcharge me or upsell me. I booked him to get the struts but ended up thinking it over and opting for getting a new door instead for cosmetic reasons to have it done for when I sell my house someday. It was a really competitive price for the whole door so I felt really comfortable with just moving ahead with the whole thing. He came out and did such an incredible job putting in my new door! He was super clean too and left my garage and the door spotless!! It's been a few months now and I'm so happy with my door. I had a random screw come off the arm and he came out right away to fix it. I'd definitely recommend Will and would use his company again without reservations. Super nice and professional guy.

Google5Great company with excellent service! I had a torsion spring break on my garage door. Came across Discount Garage Door Co and decided to give them a try. When I called, Will was able to give me a quote over the phone and schedule me for service the following week. Will showed up on time in the scheduled appointment slot. He had my broken spring replaced in no time (less than 30 minutes!) and the garage has been working great ever since. Will is friendly and great at what he does. If you need a garage repair in the Spokane area, give Will a call.
