We needed a new garage door as we had accidentally backed our car into it, Eric was able to quote from pictures we provided the same day (a Sunday as I recall) we did get a second quote but went with Eric based on his responsiveness. He let us know his supplier would take 6 weeks to deliver, but we actually got our door installed just two weeks later.
