Google5Our old Genie got blown out by a power surge. After talking to two other installation companies Elite came back with an option that was hundreds less for an opener with better features. On top of that, even though I called at 4pm, Leo was able to come and install the new opener that night! He was super friendly and helped me set up the app, program the keypad and get HomeLink working in my cars!

Google5I did write a review when the job was done but never mind I'll do another. Jonathan and his team did an excellent job fitting my garage door. The job was done by lunch time as promised. I've had the doors for a couple of weeks now and we're very pleased with their performance.

Google1My detached garage is old and falling apart, so I decided to completely fix it up nice. When it came time to replace the old broken door I called Elite for an estimate. The guy came out and gave me a price and then I told him that much of the frame around the door was rotten and needed to be replaced. He told me he would have to hire a separate sub contractor because his install guys weren't able to build a new frame and that it would cost more (obviously). That was fine and in the end we agreed on a price. A week later on installation day, no one showed up to build the frame and remove the rotten wood. The installation guys just bolted the door to the rotten wood. When I told them they were supposed to rebuild a new frame they had no idea what I was talking about. I paid a lot of money for a new frame and a new door, and this is what I got. Unless you want to get ripped off and have a headache to go with it, don't hire this company.

Yelp1Had these guys come out yesterday to my business to inspect my broken bay door. I was quoted $3500 bucks for two new springs and labor to install. Called northwest door this morning and for the same service I was quoted $857. Now I realize there will be some difference between business to business, but $2600 bucks more is absolutely ridiculous. I explained to this gentleman after I was given the quote, that I had paid $1200 not 6 months ago for the same service on a different door. The guy then dropped the price to $2400. I'm not your fish today fella. Also another thing that seemed a bit unprofessional was the guy didn't bring his own tools. Asked to use both my ladder and my measuring tape to measure the old springs. Definitely shop around before choosing these guys. Not even 1 hour after leaving this review on google, I was contacted by a "gentleman" with elite (confirmed by caller ID) claiming to be the business owner. This person, was immediately rude and belligerent, ranting and threatening to spam my business page with false reviews. I listened and at the end of his rant, very calmly asked him "after the ranting and raving you just gave, so you still feel my review of your business was unwarranted?". His response was "no I don't fuck you!" And that was the end of that call. 20 minutes later, I get a call from a personal cell phone number with another gentleman with a different voice claiming to be the owner of elite. This person, tried many different ways to justify the quote I was given. When that didn't work, he offered me cash to remove my review. When that didn't work he kept upping his cash offer. When that didn't work he offered to do his $3500 job free of charge. Obviously at this point I did not accept his offer and told him to have a nice day. Long story short, after the price gouging and the poor and shady business practices employed after I left my honest review, I strongly urge you to seek out other quotes and stay away from this business. Yelp4UPDATE - supervisor came and made it right. A 15 minute fix. I will see them next year for maintenance. Made an appointment, guy showed up within the window. Showed him the problem and immediately replied that he would have to come back he had somewhere else to go. Too bad. The gentleman who installed the opened I. 2019 was awesome. It was why I called them back.

David explained exactly what was needed to repair our garage door and promised to return later that day if possible if the correct materials were able to be purchased and if not, would return the next day. He called back after approximately two hours and said they were on the way back to finish the job. Our garage door was fixed within a day and works perfectly! We are extremely happy with the service we received!

Yelp2Scheduled a technian to troubleshoot the issue with my door, and the company failed to mention until the day of that they won't repair the brand, only replace. If that's a policy, the information should have been provided earlier so I could find an alternative.

Yelp1Called for assistance with a broken spring, they referred the work out to an unlicensed company and claimed that they were a sub-Contractor but wouldn't directly contract with me for the work. Horrible service - ended up firing these guys and selecting another company to finish the work. Save yourself the hassle and don't go with Elite. The business resorts to name calling in their response to my review should be a great clue on what to expect when interacting with this company.
