Google5Mike was super quick getting back to me about replacing a broken spring. He arrived right at the beginning of the estimate window, looked over the job and provided me with multiple options to fix the spring. He made quick work of the problem and everything is working great. He gave me an estimate to replace the broken spring which was right in line with the other estimates. The final bill was twice the estimate because both springs were replaced and I thought the estimate was for the whole job, not just the one spring. Mike was willing to work with me on adjusting the final price and I would highly recommend Express Garage Doors for their prompt professional work and outstanding customer service.

Google5The work that Express Garage Doors was exemplary. Their repairman was prompt and quickly assessed the three issues involved fixed two immediately and ordered the parts for the last fix and came back that night and got the door to work perfectly since then (almost a week ago. The money was worth the permanent fix.

They will also take care of you if you're a veteran. Mike, our technician, was very friendly and was able to work within our budget. Very polite and will definitely be giving them out business again!

Google5There are many companies who service garage doors. It's hard as a owner to pick and choose the right one with great quality. Response was less than 10 mins and set up was very smooth and easy. Less than 24 hours later our garage door is fixed (torsion springs replaced). Honest and hard working (Mike was our technician). Highly recommend Express Garage Doors (Maybe 1.5 hours to install and couple other things we requested)

Google5Let's be honest... I'm a pain in the ass. I was super busy, overwhelmed, and had a lot of things going on. Mike couldn't have been any more patient and understanding. He answered my 10 billion questions without hesitation and made a lat minute modification to the work-order to ensure the end result was as I expected! The doors look great and work well. Google5The boss quoted me instantly and a kind technician came out within 2 hours and replaced the broken tension spring with a new one within less than 1 hour. They know what they are doing and the price is pretty competitive for the same day service. I can now use my garage again as if nothing happened. thank you Express Garage Doors

Google5Mike and Express Garage Doors were great. I was ready ready replace my garage door then Mike said I don't need to replace it and that he could fix it. So I said u great let's do that. So The next day, Mike installed a new garade door opener, sensors ,drums and new spring. I was watching him work the whole and i have to say I'm very impressed. Very detailed. He even explained what he was doing and how thing works. That was cery informative. Now if you have issues with your garage door or if you want to replace it, Mike is your guy!
