These guys are fraud. I got decieved by them. Over the phone they told me it will cost $49 to come and have a look and then they will tell me actual cost. After coming here he told me that it would be $325 to fix door, when new door itself cost $250. I told him I will give him $150 or he can take $49 service cost . He just forcefully closed the door and asked me $150. He started threatening me and my wife. We just got scared and gave him $150. I will request everyone to avoid them at all cost.

Promised an appointment but the technician did not appear. There was no call explaining the delay. It took four attempts to get through on the phone; the first three ended in the call dropping after only three rings. When the phone was answered, there was still no explanation as to why the appointment did not happen or no phone call. The appointment was rescheduled for the next day. We shall see....
