Google1Shay initially quoted me $5k for work on my roof, but after "further inspection" that quickly went up to $11k (red flag 1). He said the roofer that had done previous work on my roof made mistakes and that I should pay him to fix it, then have the other company reimburse me for the work Shay did (red flag 2). He then told me if I made a decision within the hour, he would take $1k off the new quote of $11k (red flag 3), and that I had to decide quickly because his "guy is waiting at the store ready to buy the supplies." When I told him I needed time to think about it and that I would call him the next day, he became frustrated. I called the next day to tell him I wanted to stick to the original quote for the original work I requested, and that is when his attitude completely changed, and any level of customer service went out the door. Long story short, call literally anyone else. Save your time and hard-earned money, and avoid getting scammed by this guy.

Google1Shay visited our property to inspect our roof and identify the source of a leak. While I'm pleased that he was able to identify areas in the attic that needed repairs, I am dissatisfied with the cost of his services. He initially quoted me a price of $1,900 that was significantly lower than the final bill of $5,657.52. Shay assured me that the previous roofing company I used would gladly reimburse me for the cost, but that has not happened. I have attempted to contact Shay multiple times to discuss his inflated fees, but he has not returned my calls. I feel misled into believing I would receive reimbursement, and I believe I was overcharged. I would recommend avoiding this company at all costs!

Google5Chepe, Shay and team are a bunch of hard working roofers! Came out quickly due to roof leaks and gave a prompt work on a previously botched flashing job someone else did. Also replaced all our vents, and got rid of the moss. Even cleaned our gutters. Quick and communicative company.

Google1Shay came out on the same day as scheduled, though not the time arranged. He thought he could fix our issue with a few small adjustments and some roof cleaning. For less than two hours of work, he wanted to charge $8500, and was verbally aggressive towards me when I pointed out that we had not authorized that amount. When the work did not do anything to fix our problem, Shay claimed they could do even more work for a small cost because most of the work was already done. This did not match at all the proper fix another company did, so we declined.

Google1First choice should be named last choice!! I would stay away from this team ! Not well planned . Executed poorly. They did my roof two years back and missed a few parts , ordered extra parts etc .

Angi5Due to recent heavy rains in my area our roof started leaking. We got two bids for repairs but decided to re-roof instead. Mr. Zimmermann's bid for replacing the roof was well below that of the other contractor. He isolated the cause of the leak, verified that there was no water damage and fixed the problem correctly. The leak stemmed from the original roofer installing installing flashing around my chimney incorrectly. He also walked me thru the problem and explained what had been done to correct it. While I hope to never experience this type of problem again my overall impression of this company was outstanding. Services Rendered: This contractor repaired leaking flashing around my chimney and installed designer shingles over the entire roof.
