Google5I recently decided it was time to replace my old garage door and I am beyond happy with the results. From the start, the team walked me through different design options and helped me choose something that would match the look of my home. The installation itself was seamless. They arrived when they said they would, worked carefully, and made sure the new door fit perfectly. The transformation was immediate my garage looks modern and polished, and the door is so quiet and smooth compared to my old one. They even cleaned up the area afterwards so everything was spotless. This was one of the best home upgrades I’ve done, and it added so much value and curb appeal to my house.

Google1I was made to give one star to post they deserve a neg 10 star/ all the post are fake and from people in California. Just look at the reviewers other reviews!!! ******3320 Lincoln Ave, Unit 18, Tacoma, WA****** NOT AT THIS ADDRESS The company does not have a business office at the address they provide on Google. Which leads me to believe that they are operating without a business license or bonding. I had call 24/7 quick garage door repair for a quote which they were unable to supply. They then called me back saying that they could do it for less than the other door company I found and could come out with in 30 minutes. They showed up and replaced my door springs without tightening the left one. The door was screeching loudly and the guy they sent out "Israel Matan" which they called Micheal said to spray the entire door and springs with WD40 every month to stop the screeching. I called the company to tell them that they did not fix my door they only made it worse. To which the guy who called himself "David" said Michael would be back the following day to complete the repair around 5:30. The following day, 5:30 came and went with Michael not showing. I call David once again, and he said that Michael was sick but he would be out at 5:30 the following day to complete the fix. The following day 5:30 came and went without Michael showing again. And once again I call David and again he said that Michael was sick and would be out the next day to fix the door or they would give me a full refund. The next day "Valentines Day" 5:30 came once again and no Michael, I call David once again. He told me that Michael would be there in 30 minutes. I then call Michael to make sure he was on his way, he told me that he was on a ferry heading to an Island and would not be coming. I has now been over a week and I have not heard anything from the company and they will not answer my phone calls. They had told me that I would be getting a full refund but they haven't done that either. I have had another company out to inspect my door and they said that 24/7 garage door repair installed the wrong spring so it can't be tightened to assist the door raise. The last time I had talked with 24/7, I requested a copy of their business license and bond which they haven't supplied.

Google5I had an amazing experience with Quick Fix Garage Door & Gate in Tacoma! My garage door suddenly stopped working, and they were able to come out the same day. The technician, Michael, was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had my garage door running smoothly in no time. Their pricing was fair, and the customer service was top-notch. It’s rare to find a company that’s both reliable and honest, but Quick Fix Garage Door & Gate exceeded my expectations. Yelp1horrible service emergency garage door repair needed. there is now property damage cause they messed with the mechanism that allows the garage door to open. they replaced the spring and did other things. filing a claim with our bank because they now won't get in touch with us to come back out and repair what they messed with and we are back to having a non functional garage door. they were the first to respond and when they came it seemed sketchy but we use this multiple times a day and they definitely over charged us quoted $200 for labor and then at the end stated it was $200 per laborer that was there and there were two of them. used a step stool in our garage without asking and then had me pay them through zelle very unprofessional And now when we need them to come fix poor Work no response

Yelp1This place deserves negative stars. Dishonest, scammers and absolute horrible quality of work. I mistakenly used them when my garage door broke and I was desperate for a fix as I was going out of town the next day. They replaced the motor and did not properly secure the control panel and also left exposed electrical wires. The technician was in a huge hurry to get out of my home and would not even answer basic questions. This week the door started acting up with the same problem and I called the company again. They came back and wanted to charge me an additional $500 claiming that my springs were the wrong size even though I just had them replaced two years ago. They threw me a ridiculous sales pitch and offered to buy back my original springs to bring down the price. I had another company come out today and for $125 they fixed the sloppy previous job and the door now works perfectly. Super disappointing, stay away from this place.

Yelp1This company is using several different names. I called a company called Four Seasons Garage Service (713-644-1777) from a website (https://fourseasonsgaragedoorrepair.com/broken-spring-repair.php) that advertised being licensed on the website and asked for a quote for replacing springs. I was verbally quoted $100-$230 per spring. About a week went by and when I was ready to have the work done I called back and verified again if this was the company "that replaced springs for $1-200," and the guy responded "Yes" so I set an appointment. Caller ID again displayed "FOUR SEASON GARAGE." Shortly after, tech, Juda (no last name given) called from his cell (832-662-3200) asking if he could come early. Tech advised I needed new "silicon" rollers to reduce noise. I responded that I didn't care about noise and wanted just the springs. He insisted the door wouldn't work right if I didn't replace the rollers with the "silicon" rollers and they were necessary. Halfway through the repair with the door sitting off the tracks, a roller was rusted and would not come off. He advised lower bracket needed to be replaced to finish the repair. This part was legit as the roller was obviously jammed. Tech then advised cable was "bent" and needed to be replaced also. I responded that I saw no damage to the cable and he said it was under pressure but would be obvious if it was not, so I agreed. Tech left removed parts on the floor amongst items stored in the garage and when I discovered them after he left, the removed cable was not bent and the original metal rollers had no visible damage. After completion, tech wrote up invoice with charges totaling $1402 with $1295 being parts, including $230 for each spring but also another $240 being labor separately. I said the labor wasn't quoted on either his or the phone estimate I had gotten. He wouldn't respond. I said I'd go to the office and pay and where I could speak with the manager and he said "there was no physical office" and I had to pay before he left. The work agreement listed "Garage Door Service & Repair" as the company. I attempted to pay with a mobile app but there was an issue. I requested to pay the manager directly and again he insisted payment was due before he left. At this point he'd been parked in the driveway for 30 minutes after work was completed and kept insisting I pay with the credit card. Minutes after he left, on troubleshooting the app, I found that the company name attached through the phone number was FIX & GO. Review of that company brought up an F rating by the BBB and a host of bad reviews for refusal to honor the warranty, license violation, improper repairs, exorbitant markups on parts. No answer on the number listed on the invoice. I called the original number for Four Seasons Garage Service and they said no tech named Juda worked for their company. Like kind and quality of parts online totaled well under $300.

Yelp1I rarely write reviews but I felt I needed to write this one. I am a Property Manager and have been for 30 years. I contracted Garage Door Services & Repair (with phone number 425 553-9199) to fix a controller on a garage door. They issued a new controller and programmed it. 3 weeks later the unit failed again...Based on a 3 month warranty period, repeated calls and promises via various dispatchers that they would do the warranty work resulted in no service, no communication and an angry tenant...I am now forced to go to another company to do the warranty work...Not pleased with this company ...I am not sure who I contracted as these services are all done via dispatchers that probably draw from a variety of Companies...very confusing...Buyer Beware....

Yelp1Ben and his sidekick came to our house to give us a quote on a garage door as of to why it was not opening. He said he could tell right off the bat it was the spring. He quoted us $700. My husband said we don't have that much but thank you we will look for someone else. They then asked how much we could pay. My husband said $400 is the max. They said OK we can do that how about 420 cash. They said it was just one spring that we needed and it would be fixed. Them knowing we couldn't spend no more than $400. The minute they left the garage door wouldn't open correctly still. So we called a couple days later and spoke to a lady and she had a technician come out again. The technician said The motor is going to be needed to be replaced. But I can throw another spring on for another $300. Why did they not tell us this in the beginning!! When we were just getting quotes and we told them we could only do 400 max. The bottom line is they should've put two springs on for the 420 when I pay them the first time and should've also diagnosed the problem with the motor the first time! I will be reporting this to the better Business bureau and will be reporting it on all the neighborhood sites. We were scammed!!

Yelp1Our garage door had been "repaired" three (3) times in 2 months. On 06/18/2021, we got the first service, the cable was broken, we paid $302; On 08/27, the spring was broken, we scheduled the service, they were late for 4 hours and charged us $610 to fix it; on 08/29, the garage door could not open, again! The same technician showed up on 08/30 morning, he was very rude, did not apologize for anything, but said, "See, it's not the spring, this is something else." The service was very unprofessional, the technician did not wear a shirt with logo or anything, he drove in unmarked pickup truck and behave rudely. He just left after the third service without saying a word and I did not even have the chance to ask him any questions. Such a bad experience!

Yelp1This was the worst experience I have ever had with a company. I needed a new spring on my garage door. A guy showed up in a beat up car and claimed his truck was bein repaired. I ended up paying over $600 for the service. The bottom line is when the power went out When I manually pulled a cord to close the door it came slamming down and came close to killing my dog. I called numerous times to complain, but never got a call back. This company should not be in business. Don't waste your time or money. This is truly a ripoff.

Yelp1Quoted $19 to figure out why our garage door opener was malfunctioning. I was disappointed to be told the tech didn't know what was wrong- maybe the motherboard and that it could cost as much as a new opener. He quoted $1200 for a garage door opener. We paid $400 for them installed new 5 years ago. Then he charged me 75$ for the service call- not $19 quoted. Ultimately we emailed a garage door company and ordered the motherboard for $109. I refused to pay this company any more money based on the price gouging. $75 for all call seems reasonable but that wasn't what was quoted over the phone. The tech was also very difficult to understand. Stay away!

Yelp1The work was horrible. Technicians name was Nati. He arrived in an unmarked red Nissan truck that was blowing black smoke from the tail pipe. That should've been my first clue to tell him to leave immediately. He was an odd looking little guy, I felt bad for him because he was a fresh immigrant into the US and of course had a sad story about getting here. He did the estimate and told us that the company does not take credit cards only checks or cash. When it came time to start the job the next day, it was apparent he was very inexperienced and didn't know what he was doing. It took him nearly 8 hours to do a job he said he could do in three. He complained the entire time he was working that he should've charged us more money. Every time he had to walk through the front door he would never close it behind him. He left our carpets in the house dirty because he didn't wear shoe covers. There is filth and greasy finger marks all over the garage door that he was working on and also my white sheet rock walls are now covered with his fingerprints. After arguing with him after the job was done, he kept rushing us to the point that we gave him the check. He looked at his watch and ran out the door. Lo and behold, we got a text notice from our bank eight minutes later that he had just cashed the check. The job was done incorrectly. We called them back several times, they would hang up or say that not he would call us back, of course he never did. We had to have somebody else come out and fix the work that Nati from "Fix & Go"did. The new company charged us $425 to completely redo and reset the springs they installed to a proper alignment. They said that if they had done the job in the first place they would have charged 795.00 for the same job. These guys are modern day pirates they go under several different names. When it comes time to pay, you have to write the check to Fix & Go. Please don't be foolish like me. 1) Avoid these people at all costs. 2) If a company isn't willing to take a credit card, don't do business with them. 3) Read reviews first. 4) This company has an F rating with the Better Business Bureau. 5) Take time to check reviews.
