What happened with them is that we ordered the door, and then when they installed it, it looked awful. I was upset because it didn't look like the picture I had seen. I ended up ordering another door, and they told me that if they found someone to buy the first one I bought, they would give me my money back. In the end I got a discount for the second door, and they haven't sold my first one yet, so I'm still waiting to see what happens with that. It was also difficult to get in touch with them because they wouldn't answer the phone. I even had to drive to where they are because they wouldn't answer my messages. Eventually they did a good job with the door, but they were not easy to deal with. The first door cost me $1750 and the second one $1064. Services Rendered: They installed a steel door in my garage after removing the old one I had.
