Refer to the above statement. Services Rendered: Called this company on 10/2 and requested a servicemen to come to my home and help with a problem on my garage door opener. They set up a call on 10/4 between 8 and 10 in the morning. In the morning of 10/4 the servicemen called at 8:33 and said he would be at my place this morning. At 10:05 I called the serviceman and asked where he was. He said he was in Lynnwood. I accepted that he probably had stopped and would be at my home soon. At 11:06 called the company and asked why servicemen was not at my place. Person said they would have servicemen call. He did not call and when I tried to contact him on his phone he would not answer. I was so frustrated that I called Andersons Garage Door company who installed my opener and had them come out. The door stopped working late on Saturday, I checked around and this was the first place I found that worked on Sunday. I called around 10am, they estimated the tech would be out between 3-5. It was a busy day he called around 4 to say he'd be here between 6-7, then called again around 7 to say it would be another two hours. He arrived at 9:15pm. He quickly identified the problem and gave me a quote. It was late so we agreed to have him come back the next day (Monday). He arrived on time and completed the job within the estimated two hours and for the amount he quoted. Services Rendered: The garage door wouldn't open, one of the springs was broken. There is a $45 service call, if they do work it's deducted from the bill. Ely replaced both springs ($175 each), it's a heavy door. And replaced the cables ($64), then balanced and lubricated the door. Labor was $85 per hour the job took two hours. Ely showed me how to lubricate the rollers every 4 months.

Friday nite, my garage door spring broke (sounded like a shotgun, very scary). Saturday morning, I called for an estimate and service call. I also like to support my local Edmonds merchants. The tech was off Saturday but could be here Sunday. The owner called in advance of the tech arriving (nice). The tech and helper showed up, got right to it, and showed us we also needed to replace the bearing plates (older door). Had everything they needed on the truck. Replaced the spring ($145), labour to install ($85), bearing plates (2 X $39 including labour), service call ($29.99). All work included a 10 year warranty. The door is now quieter and works great. The techs were professional. And all on a Sunday. Services Rendered: Replaced a broken spring and bearing plates on a single car garage door.

Garage Door Repair Edmonds was the only one who could provide service on a weekend. The person who came was on time and very knowledgeable. He explained what was required, including an assessment of the remaining life span of the rollers. He completed the work quickly and cleaned up the area. We enjoyed working with him. Services Rendered: The spring on our garage door broke and we had to find someone to fix it on short notice.

Worker was one time, worked quickly and cleaned up the mess. Services Rendered: Automatic garage door was not opening. Workman came out, evaluated the problem. He replaced the old rollers and pulleys.
