Back out with garage door close ,door would not go up and needed car that day. call and they responded quickly, got my cars out. Damage was such that they couldn't repair it then and set an appointment time the day after Christmas. We were going to be gone so arrangements were made for them to enter garage and fix it while we were gone and we would pay them the next week when we got back. Everything when as promise and we came home to a working garage door. They were most professional, explaining exactly why we needed a new door. A good fair price was given and that was it. Really appreciated their service and would highly recommend them.

We were having concerns with our garage making a loud noise whenever it was opened so we scheduled a time with Sam who was great and quickly identified the issue. He suggested the fix/repair for it rather than what we dreadfully assumed would’ve been a costly door replacement so his honesty was a huge plus and gave me the impression of being trustworthy rather than wanting to make an extra buck for something that we didn’t exactly need to do at the time. After the repair, he identified and recommended to replace our springs as well and demonstrated exactly why due to it being a potential safety risk and putting additional strain on the motor. He wasn’t pushy with the recommendation and instead educated us on the reasoning for it and was patient with what we wanted to do. We went with the springs as well and the total cost for everything was at a more than fair price. I have no complaints when it comes to Sam’s professionalism, honesty, and the labor that he did. Would recommend!

I was told pricing over the phone ($20 service call/labor,$89 for a spring) I offered to send a picture of the spring and door for clarification prior to technician arriving I was told that it was not necessary When technician arrived, pricing went up for the spring ($89 to $149) When he was finished he initially presented me a bill for over $300 dollars!! I contacted his owners complained, and they only reduced the bill to $180 Precision Door offers a Double spring replacement for $230 I would not recommend using this provider without a firm written estimate Services Rendered: garage door spring replacement
