Google1We went with this company for their great reviews. Unfortunately, we didn't receive as great of service as other did. In fact, we didn't get any service at all. We had scheduled for our garage door repair on Sunday, between the hours of 11am-1pm. We had rescheduled another appointment to accommodate the time they offered. By 1pm, my spouse called to get an ETA of the technician. They informed us that the technician was unable to come due to a family issue. Now, we understand that unforeseen situations can happen but it would've been considerate to be informed rather than wasting 2 hours of our time. Pretty disappointing since all the other reviews seemed to have emphasized how timely they received their services.

Google5Heritage Garage did not disappoint. Greg was prompt, qualified, knowledgeable, efficient, and innovative. I highly recommend him. He came out on the same day, quickly spotted the problem with my ancient door not closing correctly, brainstormed the fix and had it up and running in almost no time at all. Next, he replaced my weather stripping at my last minute request. I could not be happier with his service.

Google5The crew from Heritage Garage Door Repair, Inc. was very knowledgeable and great. My spring broke late at night two weeks ago and I called their emergency services, and they were at my house within an hour. The price was also very affordable, I would definitely recommend them to more people I know. Thanks guys, 5 stars!!

Google5Heritage Garage Door Repair, Inc. technicians replaced the spring on my garage door. They were polite, efficient and fast.They were able to finish at the expected time and cleaned up after they were done. They kept me updated throughout the project and answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend them.

Google5We hired Heritage Garage Door Repair, Inc. to install a new garage door about a year ago . They did a great job system has worked smoothly and quietly. Had an issue yesterday called them and they promptly sent Allan out to address it. He is a professional, knowledgeable guy who explains things very well.
