Yelp5A spring on our garage door broke. I contacted Heston and they were out within 24 hours-and it wasn't an "emergency" call! Devon was professional and courteous. After examining the door (I was waiting for the pressure to "upgrade") he told us everything else looked good. He had the spring replaced within an hour. He also explained what we could do to prolong the life of the new springs. What an awesome company-couldn't recommend them enough!!

Yelp5I am so pleased with the crew from Heston Door Service!! In the process of moving out-of-state and transferring ownership of our home, I managed to damage one panel of our double car garage doors. The door model was discontinued and every other quote I received was an exorbitant amount. I needed an affordable solution, not up-selling. The guys at Heston were able to problem-solve and think creatively about how to repair and keep costs down. Why can't more companies operate like this? I am SO GRATEFUL to them for their customer dedication. Please call them first. You won't regret it.

Yelp5I had Heston fix a spring and reattach the cable which had become detached. Devon, the technician, explained the various options, other services that could be helpful (as I said I may want to replace the garage door opener). He methodically went through and fixed/tuned two of the garage doors, which will make the transition to the new owner very easy. I believe I received a fair price for all of the services I requested. I would use them again if needed. Devon and the scheduling, etc. team all earned "5 Star."

Yelp5Heston Door service is who I will always recommend! My husband decided to install a new garage door and then it proceeded to sit for two years unable to be opened. I called and they fit us in the following week and serviced within an hour to reposition the rails (apparently this is common that people install the rails incorrectly). They informed us the opener will also likely need to be replaced soon, but it's up to us. They didn't try and upsale at all. Recommended to all neighbors!

Yelp5Just moved to Monroe. The garage door needed to be serviced. Heston set out Nate right away. He lubed and tightened everything and answered all our questions as we wanted to use an app to open and close door wound up upgrading unit that would accommodate our needs. I would highly recommend Heston door service. Nate was great!

Yelp5Did a great job replacing a broken spring. Quick and responsive service. They also oiled and tuned up the garage door. Now it opens much smoother and quieter. The crew was very friendly.

Yelp5We have "NW Garage" doors and needed to replace the bottom seals. Since our double and single garage doors are 20 years old the seal tracks have changed and now the replacement seals they sell at hardware stores do not fit our tracks. The authorized dealer gave us Heston's number after the first garage door repair company was unhelpful. The owner at Hestons had the seals we needed and at a very fair price. (He had the foresight to purchase the seal material for customers that still had the old tracks). We were able to easily replace the seals to keep our garage sealed from weather and critters. I cannot express how happy we are that there are still businesses that really care about customers and highly recommend Heston Doors!

Yelp5Had Heston Door services come out and install a new garage door opener on my new home. They are prompt, on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. I had purchased a genie garage door opener from Lowes and never got around to installing it because, lets be honest here I didn't want to pay the builders to install it for a huge mark up so I bought one with the intentions of installing it myself, bc you know I'm crafty like that. fast forward 1 year being in the home the box with the garage door opener was still sitting in the corner with a bunch of dust on it. SO I asked Yelp and neighborhood FB groups on local installers, low and behold Heston Door service with the highest recommended servicer. the guy got there did everything and then realized that i was missing a part since i have a larger garage it needed an extender, he went to Lowes and they didn't have what we needed. He advised me to order the part on amazon and give him a call when i get it and he would stop by and finished the job. two days later i have a functioning garage door! Yay me! Lesson learned is let the professionals do what they do best. Call them for any door needs!

Yelp5They were awesome. Spent time explaining my options and gave recommendations. He took time in installing new machine and did the clean up. Would definitely recommend.
