I called and he was able to get over right away to make enough of a fix to close our door for the night to keep the house secure.. came back right away to finish the job. He was conscious of budget and did a great job fixing my screw-up (busted up/bent rail).. Took the time to explain what he was doing as well. Super thankful.

Google5Great experience with IDoor Garage. I called on Sunday afternoon. They came out the same afternoon. They replaced my broke spring within 30-40 mins. John was really friendly and making sure I understand the warranty. What I also like about them is that they don't try to upsell you something you don't need. Very honest service. Will recommend to friends and family

Google5IDoor responded to my website inquiry late on a Sunday night asking if they could come the following morning. The repair person quickly repaired the torsion spring assembly that had been ripped out of the wall at a cost of $385.70.

Google5John did a fantastic job in fixing the broken torsion spring on our 2-car garage door. I was mostly impressed by how responsive he was: Saturday afternoon: spring broke Saturday evening: I sent a message to him for a quote 20 min later: he called me back Sunday morning: he showed up on time at 8am 30 min later: door fixed, lubricated I cannot think of a faster response with quality work! The responsiveness really wins customers. I think that explained all the 5.0 star reviews! Update: 2 months later we found two bent pulleys. I was in meetings and couldn't greet John in person. He came over, replaced the pulleys with brand new ones and didn't even charge us! Can't say any less about his excellent work and commitment!
