Google5As part of a repaint and new gutter project, we wanted to repair some damage cedar siding. We had a carpenter cancel on us as we communicated his final arrival timing. We had scheduled for our siding material to arrive, then painted, then the carpenter was to install, closely followed by the painter's schedule. Most folks couldn't fit us into their schedule even though this was only a couple day job. Our gutter guy referred us to Joe, whose company normally does much larger projects. As our project was minor and we had some flexibility, Joe fit us in amongst his major projects. Ended up being under 3 man-days. Included some finessing and some intricate stair facing finish work. Joe's team was capable and quickly established that we were in good hands. His lead knew when to consult us on tradeoffs and his team worked efficiently achieving our expected results. Pricing was as agreed and fair. We will call Joe first with our next need.

Google5Joe Myers, Austin Johnson, and the rest of his team were wonderful to work with. My remodel was extensive and painful (owner scope creep on an old, old house and covid supply chain - no fault of Joe's). Through it all, he was practical, respectful, and above all, responsive and trustworthy, which is SO hard to find! I truly enjoyed collaborating with his awesome subcontractors who take their craft seriously. Given all the other horror stories, I could not be more grateful for my now beautiful and professional home. I'd put 6 stars if I could.

Google5Joe Myers and his team were amazing! Joe is very knowledgeable and top of things. We had roof, all exterior wall insulation and siding done with eves created, fascia, framing, all new sheathing, drywall, interior trim for windows, exterior paint and new doors front and back. His team worked so hard through the hottest days of the summer, paid attention to every detail and helped me make decisions while always being patient. Everyone we worked with was friendly, professional and thoughtful of my family and pets…shout out to Oscar, Nate and Bailey. We would definitely recommend and use Joe Myers in the future.

Google5We could not be any happier with the work that Joe Myers and his team did on our house. We had all new fascia installed in areas without it and replaced the existing old fascia, all the siding recaulked and all the wood moldings replaced or reworked. We then had the house repainted and it looks stunning! It wasn't a quick job, they spent 2+ weeks and were very detailed oriented, extremely respectful of our property and belongings. Heck, one of his team even picked up our morning newspaper off the driveway and put it on our front porch for us every morning! We have another project for next year and I will not hesitate to call Joe. If you want your project done right, on time, and invoiced for the same amount quoted (Joe has no upfront fees) then Joe Myers Construction is the company you want for your project. Excellent company, excellent crew.

Google5We engaged JMC to remodel our master bath shower room in June 2021. When the walls were opened, we discovered that the house plumbing lines were polybutylene which is non code and will likely fail. Therefore, we changed the project scope to replacing the plumbing lines with PEX and remodel both the master bath and upstairs guest bath. Replacing the plumbing lines required opening ceiling and wall areas in the laundry, family room, and kitchen. Instead of a fixed price we switched to payment based on time and materials. The work started in July and went through the end of September. We were out of the house for two weeks while the water was shutoff for the plumbing line installation. JMC crews and contract staff were very professional, easy to coordinate with, and have in our home for the duration of the project. When they were done, you would not know they had been here except for the remodeled bathrooms which we love. It was a summer we did not plan on but are grateful that Joe and his staff worked us into their busy schedule to get our project done so we could resume living normally in our home.

Google5A good friend and realtor recommended Joe for our major condo remodel. After interviewing several contractors we knew that Joe was the best for us. And we never once doubted our decision during our 15 month project. Joe, his wife Gina and their crew were always respectful, honest and thorough. Joe held our inexperienced hands throughout the ups, downs, and customary delays, and almost always with his reassuring humor. He always responded to our concerns and phone calls immediately, and very often phone us just to check in on how we were doing. We can't recommend Joe Myers Construction enough. Oh ya...an added bonus is that they do darned nice work as well. Wish I could give them six stars.
