Robert and Vincent were very professional, quick and had great recommendations to our issue. When Rob heard we wanted a quiet door opener (since the one we had was shaking the floor upstairs) he provided us with a recommendation that we were over the moon with upon installation. We literally couldnt hear anything in the rooms above the garage anymore and it was perfect for our growing family!!! Due to his expertise, we saved ourselves against spending almost double by installing a different model that wouldn't have resolved our issue. Thank you Rob!! Excellent customer service and scheduling. We had to have a custom door ordered due to the size and type we wanted. Rob and the guys did a great job at keeping us updated on the status of our door and promptly scheduled it for install as soon as it showed up. Could not be happier with how it turned out. The spring on our garage door broke and because of how old it was, we couldn’t get it replaced. These guys did an amazing job installing our new garage door. They were super fast and also dismantled our overhead storage as well. We are very please with the new look. I highly recommend them.

Not so great. They recommended I buy a whole new garage door and I got somebody else who came out and actually fixed it. I did not go with there recommendation. I would recommend that they attempt a repair than try to sell me a new garage door. Services Rendered: They did garage door service. It was for a safety call and inspection.

They never answered any of my emails even after asking them to please at least tell me if they couldn't do the work at this time - still never have heard back from them. Horrible customer service. Very disappointed in this company. I used them once before and they were great - not this time.

They did a good job. One technician came out to do the tune up and it took him about an hour. I gave them a B overall, because I feel like when it rains I still have water that comes in underneath. Services Rendered: I purchased a Big Deal from this company for $55 garage door tune-up.

After purchasing the deal I had provided my contact information and some dates that would work however I never heard back by the date that was indicated so I called and scheduled an apt for 8/18/14, they were to arrive between 10am-12pm. I received a call that morning asking if they could come later however I had another service provider coming that afternoon so could not be flexible, they told me to never mind. About 30 mins later I received a call that they were at my home and to open the garage door, when I greeted them there were two young males, friendly and we discussed what work was to be done, I showed them the Angie's List copy, they asked if it was paid for which I replied yes. I indicated there was nothing wrong with the door I was going to be begin using the garage in the next month or so and wanted a tune up and ensure things were in working order, my current car does not fit and the new one will. They proceeded to work and told me they would let me know when they were done. About 15-20 mins later I heard the van leave, I thought maybe they needed to pick up some parts, about 10 mins later not hearing anything I went down to the garage to check and found a receipt left in the door to the garage. I checked the garage and no one was there however the garage door was left opened.. Needless to say I was surprised and disappointed that they did not check in with me prior to leaving, the only update I received was notes on the receipt stating "the door was in great shape and no further service was needed".. The door seems to work well and I think they conducted all the checks indicated as part of the tune up however it was a very quick visit and I didn't appreciate them leaving without checking in with me. I indicated that I would use them again however my answer would be maybe as that was not an option. Services Rendered: Garage Door Tune Up- 25 point safety inspection, lubricating all moving parts on door and opener, balancing door for proper weight, tightening hinges and making minor adjustments
