This is a SCAM! I called for a tuneup only since my sensors needed to be better aligned and secured. They quoted me $30 or $59 with a years warranty. I took the $59 offer and provided my credit card info. Then I get a call from the technician who was on their way and wanted me to text him what I needed done. I told him I already gave that info to who I thought was his employer. Since I was at work I was communicating by phone. When he got there he called for instructions again and asked if the motor was ok. I again told him it was a simple tune up of the sensors. He then said it would cost $350! Needless to say I was very upset and told him to leave. I called Montys to complain and ask for a refund of the service fee. He refused and said the service was to have a technician come out only. No real service as I thought had been represented. Montys is a front for ********************* which just farms out to independent technicians who the try to scam you for whatever they can get away with. Premium is only in the biz to generate referral fees.
