Angi5They did a very good job. He came out and did the bid, he was on time, and really nice guy. We ended up choosing their bid, they weren't the lowest but they really have excellent product, called in the morning when they're coming, had a little bit of delay but called me and told me they're going to be half hour late, showed exactly when they said they're going to be here, and did the work. I think they are easy to contact, courteous, and easy to track. Services Rendered: We used Mr Build Tip Top Door for garage door.

Angi5He just kind of came out on time. He was top on our list and so we ended up going with him. He was very prompt and thorough. It was an easy fix and he didn't try to up sell us but fixed it with what he had and made it work again. I would definitely use them again and I felt very comfortable working with him. They were able to keep my costs down by repairing the opener, and I am so pleased with their work that I am now deciding what doors to have them replace in my house. Angi5He wasn?t successful in fixing my garage door remote. He did more than I asked him to do. He was competitively priced. He came out quickly since it was very inconvenient for me because the garage door wasn?t opening. I think he was out the next day and so that was really helpful. He explained everything to me about the age of my garage door and about options for me. He was knowledgeable about the options that I would have. He was good overall. The quality is good so far. He came on time and his professionalism was good too. If need be, then I would use his services in the future. Services Rendered: I used the services of Mr. Build Tip Top Door for fixing my garage door on 26th of July. The main reason the garage door person came out was to fix the broken spring in my garage door. He fixed the springs on both the sides and lubricated the door. He also tried to fix my remote.

Angi5Went very well; he worked on the door for quite a while and got it working. He said it still needs to be replaced and gave me a bid of $1100 for a new steel, insulated door. Services Rendered: My 50 year old, 16 foot wood garage door wouldn't open or close. I thought it was the old controller that wasn't working. The serviceman checked it out and got it working again.

Angi5It was late, and I'd let the lights outside the garage door burn out. Not being able to see that the door wasn't completely up, I backed right into the bottom panel of my aluminum/glass garage door. The bottom panel and the three windows it contained were all destroyed. The door no longer operated. I found Brad's number on the door, and contacted him for an estimite. His and his crew came out the next day and helped me bend the door back into shape enough that it would close (manually). They also removed the glass since it was a hazard. The first part of the job was done quickly. And they're really nice, too. The door panel took a week to order, which Brad was able to do from his records. They were out the day it arrived. And they were so quiet about installing it that I didn't even know they were here until they were almost done. Additionally, they changed the chain tension to help the door close quieter. Most of the cost was actually the door panel. Their labor rates were far below that of another company I contacted. Coincidentally, the door tension cord snapped a few months later, and they were out _that morning_ to fix it for a reasonable fee ($110, I think). We're Tip-Top door customers for life. Thanks! Services Rendered: Brad and his counterpart ordered and replaced a custom panel for a garage door that ... met with an accident.

Angi5With the door off the track and cattywhampus, the tenant was concerned because the interior of the garage was visible from the alley behind the house. I called Brad the day my tenant called me and he came out that afternoon to assess the work. Not only did he give me a fair estimate of the work, but he helped the tenant man-handle the old door back into place until the new one arrived. When the new door was ready, Brad and his staff met me at the house at the time he said, they worked well and quickly, took the old door away and left no mess. At all times Brad was professional, courteous, and an all around nice guy. He returned calls, called when he said he would, and charged very reasonable amount to replace the old door. I would use him again in a heartbeat. Services Rendered: The very old garage door on the garage of rental house I own jumped the tracks and was not repairable so Brad at Mr. Build replaced it.

Angi5WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE WE RECEIVED FROM MR. BUILD. HE WAS OUT TO DO THE REPAIR THE VERY NEXT DAY. WE WEREN'T SURPRISED WHEN WE RECEIVED GREAT SERVICE BECAUSE WE USED HIM IN THE PAST TO INSTALL A GARAGE DOOR OPENER AND WERE PLEASED THEN AS WELL.
