BBB1This place is a a rip off and scam I don't think these guys deserve to do any business.- I don't think the motor test was needed, and The guy exactly knew what the problem was The technician said he will do a motor test and charged 199 bucks for something that was solvable after a simple device reset.. - The technician was scheduled to come at 12 pm and didn't come until 7 pm. Without them providing the *** I couldn't leave my place for 7 hours..- Because they wouldn't provide any ***, I had to just keep on waiting for 7 hours without being able to do anything. I made several calls so that they can provide the *** but the call center guy started to get angry for not being patience but like wtf do I have to be patient? I have my own schedule I can't just keep on waiting

BBB1We purchased 3 door openers from them. It hasen't even been a month and already 2 of them have had issues with the reeling system. We call to have someone come help and they never meet there the times they quote. Very frustrating as they give a 3 hour window and we wait and wait only for them to show up 4 hours later. I dont recommend using this company
