They were very accommodating of our schedule. Salesman Bob, and installer were both very nice and professional. Scheduler Haley was a.rockstar and able to answer all our questions. I feel like the price was reasonable and Bob didn't try to oversell us. Note that install takes a full day and you have to clear your garage out for the install. II called the day before the repair was made fully expecting to be seen next week. The scheduler managed to get me in the next day and the repair tech arrived at about noon. He inspected my temporary repairs and set right to work replacing the cables. In the failure, one hinge was bent/destroyed and he also replaced the hinge. He was on site for about 30 minutes. While I agree his work was of the highest quality,$180 seemed a bit steep for a service call and 30 minutes work. That said, he had the tools necessary to do the job and I could not have repaired it myself so I was more than happy to pay the bill. I would recommend this company and especially "Dave" who is a craftsman when it comes to garage doors. I also would like to commend the scheduler for her quick response, but I have forgotten her name. Services Rendered: Repaired and replaced cables on garage door. Replaced on hinge bent during failure the day before.

They did an excellent job. They're really nice. The tech was very courteous and knowledgeable. Services Rendered: Initially, they installed my 2 new garage doors. I had them out recently to oil my garage doors, and also stabilize a crack in one of my doors so it didn't grow larger. He checked the light switch.

We have used Northwest Door twice now to repair our garage door opener. The first time it was an operator error issue while my husband was out of the country but they made the trip worthwhile by lubricating both garage door openers and ensuring that both were in good operating condition. The second time we used them was for a broken spring and cable. We called them early on a Monday morning and they were out that same morning!! The technician efficiently repaired the spring and cable and was pleasant and professional. After two excellent experiences with this company, I would highly recommend their services. Services Rendered: Northwest Door repaired our garage door opener.

Install a new garage door? Sounds easy, right? Not if you saw our vintage garage, with it's sloping header, on a sloping road. But no worries with Northwest Door! Their experienced installer, Bobby, made our door look straight by nailing a board up above on the inside right side, an effective retrofit to make our door look straight and he made sure it operates perfectly! Really, the extra mile! Even our dog is impressed! Five stars for true perfectionism. Our door could have looked pretty crooked, and would have I bet, if we'd gotten an inexperienced installer. We found out about Northwest Door through McCLendons hardware store, who we found on . . . Angie's list! but already liked McClendon's customer service, so it was a lock when they recommended Northwest Door. Services Rendered: Installed overhead garage door

Technician Dave inspected the door, identified it as a high-end product and located problem areas. He had to make a trip to the shop for a part, performed all the work necessary, and most important, instructed us fully on the safety features of the remote system. His time with us was 1 hour. We will use Northwest Door for yearly maintenance. Services Rendered: Our garage door had been installed by Northwest Door in 2003. We purchased the home in 2010 and since moving in and using the automatic garage door system noted that it was getting noisier ( not aided by backing into the door on one occasion). Called the installer for a service call. Technician Dave noted that 2 hinges were broken, the whole door system needed lubrication, and the alignment was not perfect. These contributed to noisy operation. Dave replaced the hinges lubricated moving parts and fine-tuned the alignment so that open/close is almost silent.
