Google5I was able to get a technician out to my house within 24 hours of calling. They sent a tech who was absolutely awesome. This guy knows his stuff. He had us up and running in about 20 minutes. Pricing was very reasonable as well. I highly recommend

Google1I had called yesterday to have OGDRO to come out and repair my garage door and they gave me a time of arrival between (7/5/22) 12 and 2. When they did not show at 3 pm, I had called to reconfirm ETA and I was hung up on 6 times...I called 4 times in a row. Called again about 15 minutes later and they hung up on me 2 more times. Seriously!?! I ended up calling A1 Door Service Inc of Port Orchard and had a quick response. Sadly, couldn't do a full repair since my garage door company does not exist anymore and was apparently a custom built. Will be going back to A1 for full repair. They did not charge for the service to come and get my garage door unstuck, but they won my business. I highly recommend A1 Door....not these rude and very unprofessional people!!!!

Google5The door was out of alignment and that had caused the problem with the opener. He adjusted the door and reset the rollers, springs and cables to everything so it lined up properly again. After he was done, he still wasn't happy with how the door was sitting, so he did a few more adjustments and now the door is running smoother than it ever had. The price of the service call was reasonable and I'm impressed with how quickly they were able to come out.

Google5He was very friendly, he came on time, and fixed the door springs as he promised for the price promised. Very happy with the outcome. Will use Olympic Garage Door Repair again the next time I have a garage door issue.

Google1Scam company, as a company it appears they only contract with people supposedly that know what they are doing but was a no call no show for the first attempt at an appointment. Day two contractor was driving around down our street not being able to find our house even though our house numbers are clearly visible after some discussion and raising the door up and down and explaining several times what problems we were experiencing with the door the guy said he would fix it for $159.00 and that was the charge for him to open the unit up. I paid him the required $29.00 and sent him on his way... what a scam company.
