Google5I'm very happy with my new garage door opener from Overheard Door Company of Everett. Matt was on-time, personable, and he didn't try to upsell me on anything I didn't need. From the installation it is obvious that Matt is master of his craft. He also configured my garage door to open higher so I can now utilize the entire 8-foot height of my garage opening. This is my second time using OHD Company of Everett (the first time was for a broken spring) and they've done great work both times and their prices are very reasonable. I will continue to use them for my garage door needs and will recommend them to friends and family.

Google5Highly recommend this company! My coworker referred me. I needed an alignment and cable replacement on one of my garage doors. A different company inspected it and quoted me over TRIPLE what Overhead Door did the work for (this other tech was trying to tell me I needed things replaced that were not necessary). Overhead Door gave me a very reasonable quote over the phone and scheduled the day/time window. The technician was on time, did a great job, and did not try to upsell me. In fact, he even offered some tips on how to do minor finishing work myself after I said that's the way I wanted to go. If you need garage door work, look no further!

Google5I needed my garage door raised to open to the ceiling so I could add a 4 post lift. Several Garage Door Companies I called did not have any experience with what I needed. This company said they had done many and it would be no problem. Jerry the installer did a great job and it works like a dream. Price was great too! Thx

Google5Came out and fixed our springs next day for a great price! Four new springs and our garage is finally working again.

Google5MAN. I got in and out of my garage door daily, for the last 10+ years... I insulated the door (added weight) ... well, after 10+ years the spring broke. I found at when I got home at around 1pm and my door wouldn't open.. definitely a broken spring. I ask my dad if he wants to help me, and he says to call these guys, so I do, at 1:08pm. They say it'll be $299. I say okay, let me think about it, then about 5 minutes later call them back to say "lets do it." They send a guy. He measures my spring and "clamps" the old spring so the door will function again. He leaves, and as he goes I ask him when he'll be back. He says the office will call me. At 2:45pm the office calls me and says they have a guy that can do it now, or we can do it tomorrow. Send him please! I believe his name was John, and man he was killer. Clearly dedicated to his craft, wanted the work and get the job done. I hung out while he did the swap. We chatted a bit, but overall very nice guy and he got the job done pronto. He also gave me some practical tips to help me ensure I don't have some common issues, like moving the little garbage can I have with yard tools in it so they don't get caught on the door... because if that happens the cable that connects to the door can come off the spindle thingy... never really thought about that, but very valid point and appreciated. Anyways, it is now 3:49pm and I am finishing typing up this review. I called them at 1:08pm... it is 2-hours and 41 minutes later and my door is fixed... pretty... damn.... solid... Oh, I haven't paid yet. I asked the tech if I paid him, or just call the office, and he said I can call them, or they will send me a bill. I opted to beef up the spring a bit, which they said was about $30, so I am expecting a bill for about $299+$30 ish. At this point if it came out to that I'd be more disappointed in myself that I didn't tip John LOL. Overall so far an 11/10 service and I am chomping at the bit to pay them.

Google1We had them install our doors for a large shop building in 2017. Since then we have needed help and they don't seem to want to follow through. Tech came out and made promises. No call back. We called them again. More promising from Matt this time. Then no call, no bid. Don't waste your time or invest in a company that sells you products but won't support you after a major investment.

Google1I originally called this company as they had great reviews. Surprisingly VERY disappointed with their service. The tech who came out came with an attitude like he didn't want to be there. We know nothing about garage doors. Tech didn't explain. Called office and lady asked me what I should do next when I called to see what were our next steps after they have assessed. She said the sales person would call us within 24 hours and that "he is very on top of it." It's now day 4 no follow up call. They also told us the door would take 8-32 weeks to come. Moving on to another company who can get the same door to me in 2 weeks! Would NOT recommend! The whole time I felt like these people did not know what they are doing.

Google5Excellent Same Day Service. I needed the spring on my trailer ramp door replaced and all trailer repair shops are booked out through the end of summer. I was advised to call Overhead Door as they use the same mechanisms as they do in garage doors. I called and the lady I spoke with told me to just bring it down & they would take a look at it. I brought my trailer down, and as soon as I pulled up, the guys came out and immediately diagnosed the problem & gave me a quote. They had me fixed and back on the road in under an hour!! Now that's what I call service; in the transportation industry, every day out of service is a loss of money so this expedited level of service is invaluable to the customer. Much mahaloz

Google5Called yesterday and this morning Matt arrived to check our the very old units in our two-car garage. The service call was to replace the hand-held remotes but he did so much more, including oiling the rails, replacing light bulbs, adjusting the tension, and general maintenance work. I was very pleased with his work. When these old motors fail, I will definitely call the company again!!
