Google5Mike and PNW Garage Door should be your only choice for garage door repair. Mike is honest, fair, professional, on-time, and does not try to sell you something you do not need. We were quoted double the price that Mike quoted us for changing our springs. I have never had a better home repair experience of any kind while owning my home for 16 years. If you do not call Mike for your garage door needs you will be making a big mistake. Simple excellent in all aspects.

Google5Mike of Pacific Northwest Garage Doors is fantastic. What else is there to say? He repaired the garage doors on my house and replaced the garage door openers. He also repaired garage door springs, and replaced a garage door on my moms house. Mike is reasonably priced, honest, does great and timely work. Will refer to him for any future garage door issues, and would highly recommend him to anyone.

The initial quote and final cost to replace my broken torsion springs didn’t change, and more importantly he was truly personable. Google5PNW Garage Doors did a fantastic job and had the best price of 4 quotes I got to replace 3 doors with aluminum and glass doors. The doors are beautiful and Mike went above and beyond in his install. He is very professional and polite and would I would 100% recommend him to anyone. Love the added customer service you get from a small company. He truly cares about the quality and functionality of the finished product.

Google5Mike replaced our garage door today. I emailed about 7 companies to receive quotes, and many were asking me some ridiculous questions (size of the damaged section, photos of identifying stickers, photos of inside the garage, photos between the panels, etc.). Mike, on the other hand, simply looked at the photos I sent of the outside damage to the garage door and was able to access the work that needed to be done and how much it would cost. I appreciated that he responded in a timely manner (he was the first to respond), and that he detailed everything that the price included. Compared to the other quotes, he had the best price. When Mike came out to make a physical assessment, he was extremely professional, easy to talk to and very straightforward. It’s clear that Mike runs an honest business, and we deeply respect that. The final product turned out great- we’re so happy with our new garage door. We’re definitely going to recommend Mike to the rest of our HOA members as well as any of our friends and family. Reach out to Mike- you won’t regret it!
