Mike and PNW Garage Door should be your only choice for garage door repair. Mike is honest, fair, professional, on-time, and does not try to sell you something you do not need. We were quoted double the price that Mike quoted us for changing our springs. I have never had a better home repair experience of any kind while owning my home for 16 years. If you do not call Mike for your garage door needs you will be making a big mistake. Simple excellent in all aspects.

PNW Garage Doors did a fantastic job and had the best price of 4 quotes I got to replace 3 doors with aluminum and glass doors. The doors are beautiful and Mike went above and beyond in his install. He is very professional and polite and would I would 100% recommend him to anyone. Love the added customer service you get from a small company. Mike of Pacific Northwest Garage Doors is fantastic. What else is there to say? He repaired the garage doors on my house and replaced the garage door openers. He also repaired garage door springs, and replaced a garage door on my moms house. Mike is reasonably priced, honest, does great and timely work. Will refer to him for any future garage door issues, and would highly recommend him to anyone.

Mike replaced our garage door today. I emailed about 7 companies to receive quotes, and many were asking me some ridiculous questions (size of the damaged section, photos of identifying stickers, photos of inside the garage, photos between the panels, etc.). Mike, on the other hand, simply looked at the photos I sent of the outside damage to the garage door and was able to access the work that needed to be done and how much it would cost. I appreciated that he responded in a timely manner (he was the first to respond), and that he detailed everything that the price included. Compared to the other quotes, he had the best price. When Mike came out to make a physical assessment, he was extremely professional, easy to talk to and very straightforward. It’s clear that Mike runs an honest business, and we deeply respect that. The final product turned out great- we’re so happy with our new garage door. We’re definitely going to recommend Mike to the rest of our HOA members as well as any of our friends and family. Reach out to Mike- you won’t regret it!

Great quality Great price Quick response time We are totally pleased with Pacific Northwest Garage Doors. We just bought a house that had a pieced together 2 door garage door system. He came out, gave a reasonable quote, and was able to come out shortly there after to do the install. He was honest about what would be best, but didn't pressure me in to buying more than I needed. It was a very reasonable conversation that came to a quick solution. I appreciate that. I was most impressed with the quality of the work. He was diligent and careful to address issues with the existing structure he was installing in to. We were going to hold off on getting these fixed right away but because of rodent intrusion, we had to do something. I feel so fortunate that we got the right company who could provide the quality and service we needed within our budget! Thanks so much.

Called Mike, and he was at my house within the hour. Very nice guy. He's the type of repairman you want. He came over, fixed and realigned the tracks on our garage, and fixed the cables. He was able to come out right away when the spring broke and I was unable to open my garage door. Due to age and condition of my garage door opener, took him a bit longer than usual to get everything running smoothly but still charged basic rate as quoted over the phone. Now runs much smoother and quieter than before. Services Rendered: Replaced 2 torsion springs and performed maintenance on garage door opener.

I couldn't be more pleased with the work Mike did. He returned my call quickly and was able to accommodate the date and time I needed him to come. He arrived a few minutes early and got right to work. I had purchased his service on a $49 Groupon voucher for general garage door maintenance. Between the time I bought the voucher and the date of service, the spring broke on the garage door and the cables were dangling. He had a replacement spring on his truck and gave me a good deal on the cost of replacing it. He had the job done in no time, and the door is running more smoothly than it has in years (in spite of having it serviced a couple of years ago by another company). I'll definitely call him again next time we need the garage door serviced. Services Rendered: Replaced a broken spring, restrung the cables, and did a general servicing on the garage door.
