Yelp5Called this company and had them at my door within a couple of day . Replaced the fish eye lense since my sensor wasn't working . The workers did a great job and explained the issue . Will use again in the future . Will keep the number saved in my phone !

Yelp5I'm so glad I called pierce garage doors. Their technicians are so professionally. You can tell they take pride in their work. I called around to find the best price and pierce was it. I needed the quickest service pierce was there right away. I don't think you can find better service out there.

Yelp5We needed a vendor who can deal with commercial overhead doors. We didn't know that it will not be easy to get. After calling few local overhead garage door companies in Puyallup, we hired Pierce garage doors for the service. It has been a pleasure to deal with them. They communicated through emails and text messages (our corporate is in LA), and they s no before and after photos, so we knew where we are standing with the progress at any given time. The replaced the mechanism of the door, and it is working again since then. Definitely on our list of door vendors in Washington.

Yelp5Every business in the modern world needs to stop and call Al. They could all learn something about being excellent at what you do, and helping customers. I just bought my son a small HD set to hook up to his computer. Al took the time to explain to me in intimate detail how it worked and what I should expect when using it. Then he invited my 8 year old son in to see the inside of the TV circuit board and guts and show him what they were for. I truly miss doing business like this and am glad Al is in town. I plan on buying every TV set from now on from his shop as long as he's around.

Yelp5I just made a phone call to Al and ask about repairing my 55" LCD Samsung TV. He was incredibly informative, genuinely concerned, helpful and provided me recommendations on how to proceed. He was not about trying to "make the sale" but more focused on helping me come to an economical solution. I am going to bring my set on the weekend and will follow up with a review then. But because of my amazing experience and conversation with him, I didn't want to wait on my official repair and say I'm looking forward to our interaction on the weekend. Thanks Al!

Yelp5I recently went thru a move from Seattle to Puyallup, and came to find out that my newer LED TV didn't survive the trip. :[ I called up Al's and he kindly worked with me over the phone, and gave me a rough estimate of what had gone wrong. It seemed like a cheap fix, but after inspection it turned out that it was a pretty costly part to repair. Al insisted on giving me a deal because of my age, and even offered to fix it despite losing money on it. What a respectable small business owner! I'm not surprised I've heard good things about his business in the past. Fortunately I had a protection-plan on it (from the retailer I bought it from) and got my money back, so I turned his offer down. I'd be spending the same amount of money upgrading to a brand new one. Whenever this next one craps out though, I know damn well where I'll be going. I would definitely recommend.

Yelp5I was so glad I stopped in! I was in the market for a used/refurbished flat-screen TV to replace my 15 yr old old-fashioned box-type TV that was starting to go. Al went over the few TV's he had, pointing out all the positives and negatives. Because of his honesty and fairness, I had no problems making my decisions and went home with a nice 40" Toshiba for under $200!!! To say the very least, I am thoroughly pleased with my new purchase and doing business with Al. i encourage others to do the same! Also a good place to get your TV repaired!

Yelp5I called very concerned about my TV (as I had accidentally broke off the antenna cable from the back of my TV when moving it). Al was able to troubleshoot with me and seemed genuinely concerned about helping me rather than just having me bring my TV in for repair so he could make $ (rip me off). He even called me back to make sure I had solved the problem as he was busy assisting other customers when I called. He was kind and helpful, even under pressure from being busy. I will definitely be returning to this business if my TV is in need of service or repair. I would also happily & confidently refer my friends and family here. In today's world honesty & compassion are so rare. I wanted to take the time to give an amazing review to an amazing guy/business. Thank you Al!!! :)

Yelp5Friendly and matter of fact service. He will tell you straight up if it is worth repairing - fixed my flat panel TV perfectly and saved me a bunch of money! Don't use the major stores for this type of work - go to Al!
