I contacted Pilchuck Garage Door after another garage door company came out and made my original problem worse. I'm so glad that I did! Fernando and his team came out and installed a new garage door opener for us. It works well and is very quiet which is a much needed improvement from our last one! Fernando also gave us an idea of what future work we might consider. There wasn't any sales pressure. It was simply informative and helpful. I highly recommend using Pilchuck Garage Door based on my experience with them. We will definitely be using them again for our future work.

We contacted Fernando (Premier Garage Door's owner) because of the noticeably large number of 5-star ratings by his many satisfied customers, plus the fact that he bothered to read and respond with gratitude to the authors of those positive reviews. This alone indicates not only that CARES how his customers feel about the service he provided, but also that he's probably a pretty decent person to work with. Fernando called back within a few minutes, and after asking a few questions to get a sense of the problem we needed help with, he scheduled a site visit for the next afternoon. When he arrived, he examined the door and began to get an idea of how he would approach the needed repair. Soon he raised the door and secured it in a fully-open position. Then he set about re-winding the cable onto the wheel from which it had detached. In remarkably short order was re-connecting the automatic door opener to verify that it was smoothly rolling up and down the track, again. BOTTOM LINE: Fernando knows garage doors. For me, though, even more important than his extensive experience with them is the fact that he's created such a successful Garage Door business simply by his HARD-WORK, INSIGHTFULNESS, HONESTY and very REASONABLE prices. I give Premier Garage Doors, LLC my most enthusiastic endorsement and sincere gratitude.

Our older garage door spring system went bad. I called Premier garage door and received a response promptly. Fernando knew exactly what to bring and promised to be at the house the next day. He arrived on schedule, was very courteous, and completed the job in less than an hour. We now have a new garage spring system which will last 10,000 cycles. I appreciated Fernando explaining how the system would work and how to care for our garage door for years to come. The five year warranty also is a big plus.

Fernando was great. Very responsive to my initial contact and subsequent messages. Clear explanation of his pricing, he showed up on time, was very efficient during the installation, and completed two opener installs in a little over 4 hours. I can only imagine trying to do it all myself would have taken days. He cleaned all waste from the packaging, removed all the old parts and even saved the batteries and light bulbs from the old openers. While he was here I asked about making the door smoother and quieter and he explained how the cheap rollers that came with door were going to be noisy because they were metal and rattled around. He showed me some nice nylon covered rollers with ball bearing that would be much better so I had him add that to the installation. He had units on the truck so there was no delay getting this done. While overall this is more than I had planned on spending, I feel good about getting the top units installed correctly and hands on learning of how to program all the controls.
