Google5Our tech, Alexander, was very friendly and knowledgeable. We had experienced a power outage and our door was struggling to open. Alex was able to quickly diagnose that the motor needed a factory reset so it could remember its settings. After a few tests, he was able to restore the power to open normally. Additionally, he took the time to answer several other questions I had about the door's function and guidance on another door motor. I also really appreciated Michelle who responded timely to our online appointment request. She was very friendly and able to schedule Alex same-day. I really appreciate the top notch customer service from Precision-Seattle. I will definitely be using their services in the future and will refer to my friends and neighbors when the need arises. Google5I needed help with my garage door so I called Precision Garage. Duchaum J came and helped me out and gave suggestions on things that I needed. He was very professional and knows his job well. He set me up with new garage and motor. 2 weeks later Matthew G installed them and also did a great job. I love my new door and motor. I recommend 100%. Thank you!!!!

Google5Our garage door was only opening a foot or so off the ground. I called Precision and they scheduled a technician Robert M. to come out the next day. Robert was on time, professional, and friendly. He confirmed that it was a busted spring and took his time to explain the problem and my options moving forward. Once we agreed on how best to fix the problem, he was able to complete the work in just a few hours. I highly recommend their services.

Google5Our wooden garage doors were rotten at the bottom and the door openers were failing. Precision helped us to choose doors that suited our home and didn't need painting and were very cost competitive. They kept us informed every step of the process. Matthew. G and Sushil. S the installers, arrived when they said they would and did a fantastic job installing our doors. They explained how the doors operated and answered all of our questions. They were extremely helpful and polite and left our garage cleaner than when they arrived!

Google5After having cleaned out my garage and never having even used one side of my garage ever, I decided that it was time to upgrade and have an automatic garage door opener installed at my home. It was difficult deciding which garage door company to choose since there are many to choose from but I decided to check out Precision Garage Door company's website. The reviews looked great and setting up an appointment was a flash! I thought this would take at least a week but I was able to get an appointment the next day. Scheduling was super easy. I chose the window time that worked best for me and D.J., my technician who came and installed came right on time and notified me when he was close to my home. D.J. was extremely professional, super hardworking, extremely fast, and explained in great detail how to operate my new garage door opener and care maintenance. I am extremely pleased with the effort in his exceptional work, especially explaining everything I need to know to maintain for long term use. Google5We had an interesting situation where someone drove into our solid wood garage door, bending the the frame and trapping my wife's care inside. I didn't think it would be possible to fix quickly and easily but Precision door sent Robert Mathews who was a real pro! He was able to get the door unstuck and back into place in several hours saving thousands of dollars in removing the entire door. Now it's working better than ever! I highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

Google5Wonderful customer service and attention to detail from start to finish! We couldn't be happier with our beautiful new garage doors. So glad we went with Precision Door! I had no idea there were so many styles to choose from- it was quite an education. We ordered the insulated steel doors with the steel back in the updated long panel style. Our garage is much warmer now and much more quiet. This was a definite upgrade from the original wood doors that were in the house when we bought it. We also decided on their signature, upgraded, green spring and roller package because of the lifetime warranty. Such peace of mind knowing they'll come fix any problem. The new garage door openers are whisper quite too! Everyone we worked with was top notch and extremely knowledgeable. Great experience! Susan Says...they'll lift you up when you're down!

Google5I needed a garage door installed within a couple of weeks, and I called three places to get estimates or just buy the door and install it myself. We'll, no one called me back and I was getting worried I couldn't get a door company to do it. I saw a Precision door commercial on TV and i gave them a call. They had a sales person named kat at my house the next day. Kat was very professional. I didn't have the opening ready for a door yet. I assured Kat that I would have it ready for the installation date. Kat returned to check my work and I wasn't 100%...ready. Kat had her manager Jordan check my work the next day and everything was good . Day after that, Ronnie and his assistant Shuie, did a super clean installation as you can see in my pics. I have some trim to install and bust out some concrete, but otherwise, it's beautiful. Price was very good and the installers did a really clean job. 2 days later, I have a beautiful garage door that has a super quiet opener with soft close and soft opening, I love it! PHIL K.
