Angi5We've used Proline three separate times now as over the years each of our three aging garage door openers bit the dust due to age. Each time their service was reliable, clean, efficient and dependable. I don't expect to need them again for some time now, but if I had any kind of a garage door or door opener issue, I'd call them first without hesitation. Services Rendered: Replaced a worn out garage door opener.

Angi5They did well. They were very knowledgeable and very experienced guys. It was very satisfying and extremely fast. The price was okay. Services Rendered: We used Proline Systems to replace a section of a garage door.

Angi5They did an excellent job and the price was great. I thought it would cost a couple hundred dollars but it was only $100. They did a couple extra things that was not in the estimate but did additional service. Services Rendered: They replaced a spring that was broken. They also did small fix ups on my garage door.

Angi1They did not show up. Services Rendered: We had a garage door spring go out. Proline was going to install a "25,000" cycle spring for our double door at a cost of $243.00 Sounded reasonable and we made an appointment for 3 days out on a Friday morning at 8am. The did NOT show and did not call. Later they said someone called and cancelled the appointment? We called another vendor, Better Built Doors and they came out that evening and fixed it. Cost $50 more but they gave us a lifetime guarantee on the new set of springs.

Angi5Generally, the job went smoothly. The installer arrived close to the scheduled time and got right to work. The total job took roughly 2 to 3 hours. Installer did a good job of cleaning up but I would have liked to have him use a magnetic "rake" to remove any dropped nails in the area. Our driveway is gravel, so nails, screws, etc. that could cause tire punctures are very hard or impossible to see. Since the installer did not have that tool available I had to spend a bit of time double checking the work area. (Two new nails were found) The installer's instructions on the door locking systems was a little vague but a call to Brian at Proline quickly answered my questions. Thus far, we're very satisfied with the installation. It has brightened up the interior of the garage and greatly enhanced the outside appearance. I would recommend this firm to others. Services Rendered: Proline provided a thorough estimate of the job which we accepted. The job was to remove two, 8 ft x 7ft slab type garage doors and replace with new, steel shelled, insulated and windowed doors. The job also include re-installing the original door opener for one of the doors. The second door was left as a manually operated door.

Angi4I have used them many times and they have been very good about coming out to fix it repeatedly. They come out whenever I call them, do a good job and explain everything very well about the problem. I would recommend them to anyone. Services Rendered: They fixed my garage door opener.

Angi5The contact rep came out about a week and a half prior to our installation, took measurements, gave us a quote. He was prompt, courteous, explained the differences in the types of doors and gave us a great price. The installer came out on the day of the appointment, was here by 9am, worked all day (the price didn't go up, he stayed until he got it done) and did a great job installing the doors in a tough spot. When he left, he took the old doors, the counter weights, all the extra parts and pieces. I can't ask for more than a company that bids under a big shop like Overhead Door (they wanted to charge $2300 for the same installation.), is responsive, friendly, does a good job, cleans up after themselves, and is grateful for our business! Services Rendered: Statement of Work: Uninstall and remove two old wooden doors, all their hardware, counterweights, track, etc. Install two 8x7 doors, perform some wood trim work to box in the doors properly, install low-overhead spring system, install two electric door openers, adjust the doors so they close properly on the slightly uneven threshold, finesse the foam/rubber weather strips at the bottom so they fit well. Take away all materials, hardware, cables, tracks, etc. of the old doors and leave the site clean.
