Yelp5Carlos was very friendly and professional! He diagnosed and fixed all my issues very quickly. He had great customer service skills and provided information as he worked. I had issues with my door sensors, wiring and myQ account settings... all operational before he left, thank you!! Great value! I will call again when I need help with my garage door.

Yelp1I'm at home missing work (to manually open tje door for my wife who works at home) after getting upsold to a new door rather than repairing our old door. The first intall on new door wasn't aligned producing cracking noise. Second person came out and fxed issues on the alignment. Still wasn't right, less than 2 months it's popping out screws and disengaging. Called on a Saturday and no return call, so called Monday (today) and told nothing until tomorrow. Asked for supervisor and talked to Nick. Nick acted like I am wasting his time on the call but to his credit is sending someone out today. I just came home from overseas military tdy and I'm on call to go right back out - this was supposed to be a new door to have my family at peace while I'm gone. I hope this has a better ending, but I'm not going to hold my breath. Updated Review: Whole story: After initial analysis to repair old door (10 years old) is about $1000 and new door is $2700. Decide for new door. Color we wanted takes over a month so we take a plain white door in stock (same price I just painted it myself). A few days later (28Sep) tech comes out installs door. We notice there is a crackling noise when closing so call and they promptly send a tech out. Second tech says alignment is off and works issues (including fixing the very crooked key pad installed on the wall). Still felt it wasnt opening and closing as it should but figured it would be fine. I noticed a difference after going overseas for 2 weeks when I came back it was lagging on opening just a bit more. Less than 2 total months the garage fails to open, the mount for the mechanism which pulls the door pops a screw and the motor drove it down putting a dent in the top. Called on Saturday when it happened and told I would receive a call back. Monday morning called again after not hearing back and told no one can come until Tuesday. Asked to escalate and given Nick's phone number. Called Nick and he gets short immediately saying he is updated about my case so just wants to know what is the "current problem". He offered no apologies or tact and just that I text him pictures so he can look into it and he would try to get a tech out later that day. Called back in the late afternoon went to voicemail. Figured he wouldn't call back and so call service number and they aplogize for miscommunication thinking they were still sending someone out the following day. Next day (21Nov) tech comes out and fixes the door. It cost me $800 in missed work and I now have a new door that has a dent and wear and tear on it from improper alignment in opening/closing. The tech did apologize and say the panel with the dent should be covered under warranty so they will contact us about replacing it. I just wanted peace of mind when I have to leave and this has been anything but.

Yelp5I recently had a need for someone to come out and help fix an issue with my garage door opener. I called Sac's Garage Door Repair and they sent out a knowledgeable and friendly technician the next day. I ended up replacing the old garage door and putting in a new one, which I love. It's much more quiet than the old one, has a super bright light and a camera, and is "smart" so connects to an app on my phone. The cost was less than I expected and the installation was quick. The technician helped me set up the app on my phone and showed me how to use it. I'm so glad I have a trusted company to call if I need their help again.

Yelp5I had a broken garage door spring replaced in February 2022 by another company. When the installation was complete, the door made a horrible noise with a clunking, screeching, grinding sound, as though it wanted to jump off the rails. The installer assured me that it was the door at fault and had nothing to do with the new spring. I doubted it but didn't want to be confrontational. The door didn't make this racket with the previous spring. A day or so later, I called the company back to take another look. The same installer returned and did some adjusting and lubing but the noise didn't go away. Again he insisted that it was a door issue and not the new spring. Foolishly, I let it go and took his word for it as he was the "expert". Recently, I decided I had put up with this situation long enough and would get other opinions. I contacted several companies to evaluate the issue. Tony from Sac's Garage Door confidently stated that it was the spring and he new how it fix it. He did. Garage door now sounds normal. Thanks, Tony.

Yelp5Needed garage door put back on tracks. Called them on a Friday afternoon, and they came within a few hours. Excellent service and great communication about what needed fixing. I would recommend Sac Garage Door Repair. I think the price was reasonable. I recommend Carlos to fix your garage door.

Yelp1Don't use this company, they are a rip off! The person I talked to on the phone said there was no service charge. The technician gets here and starts fixing the door on my car trailer and says "by the way" this is going to be $300. He gave me No estimate up front. He was only here 1 hour and I even helped him with the job and he used some of my tools and there were no parts required and they charged a $105 trip charge. I will Not be using this company again!

Yelp5I contacted Sac's and Alin came out the same day and gave me an estimate. Emmanuel and Josh came out the next morning and fixed my roll up garage door in about an hour. Very nice and knowledgeable guys. Everything works great and I got a great deal. Highly recommend this company. 5 star service

Yelp5One of my garage door torsion springs broke. Alin Popa from Sac's Garage Door Repair showed up first think Monday morning and replaced the spring. Seeing that my LiftMaster garage door opener was 19 years old, and was under stress for the period of time it was opening/closing the garage door while the spring was broken, he made sure the spring were a little stronger than normal to provide even more relief to the motor to make it last as long as possible. They also gave me a discount as a repeat customer.
