Google5Great customer service and the tech was very helpful. Chris fixed my garage door and made it so much better by making it quiet with the new hd rollers and a new belt opener motor.

Google5My garage door kept catching and not closing all the way I was so concerned that it was going to be costly because the door was put onto the house when it was built in 1967. But Chris came out and said that it's just a little hardware and needs a tuneup and only cost me $128. I'm so grateful. And he was so professional and nice and friendly, and clean cut. So grateful!

Google5Very pleased with Sacs garage door repair. Fast and friendly service and reasonable pricing as well. They gave me an estimate to replace a broken spring and pointed out other potential issues. Within 45 minutes my garage door was up and running again. Smoother than before! Thank you Sacs for an amazing job!

Google5Sacs garage door was great! The technician quickly diagnosed what was wrong with the door and gave me an estimate for the repairs within minutes of looking at it. I had a broken spring that needed to be replaced. He also noticed that one of the cables was starting to fray and explained what could happen if it snaps! He replaced the spring, cables and also swapped out my old rollers to heavy duty nylon rollers. My garage door works better then it did before it needed repairs. I'm so happy I went with this company. I will definitely use them for any future repairs and highly recommend them if you are looking for fast, honest and reliable work!

Google5I recently started to do some home improvements and I wanted to maximize my budget. I figured I would dedicate most of the budget to the important parts of the house, you know, like the kitchen and living room. However, the outside of the house was quite ugly and looked dated. So, I could not ignore it but I never thought about replacing the garage door, or that it could make such a great visual impact to the exterior. Anyhow, long story short, I have (or had) a garage door problem. The darn thing was like programmed to break every year. If it wasn't a spring, it was a roller, or light bulb etc. (a real P.I.A. if you know what I mean). So, this last time it (went off the track) broke, I called Sac's door and gate. I was definitely impressed; they ACTUALLY picked up the phone and it did not take 10 calls! Like wow, a real person. Anybody that has ever tried to get a garage company on the phone in the Puget Sound knows what I am talking about. It's like darn near impossible, and if you do get a company on the phone, it's somebody from a call center in Oklahoma (Oklahoma!?), and they want to set an appointment for a week out!?... Like who has time to wait a week when your garage door won't close??? Hello! Anyhow, I spoke with the secretary and she got a tech out the same day, (YES< THE SAME DAY!!!). Yeah, I was stoked! David was super friendly and professional. He definitely knew his stuff. He presented me with 2 different solutions and said he could have it up and running by the time he left. I was happy, to say the least. David noticed the construction material in the garage and naturally asked what I was doing, well, one thing led to another and before I knew it I was looking at before and after pictures of garages...(who knew that was a thing. Lol!) Anyhow, since I despise my current door, I figured might as well and nip it in the butt. Now, David did tell me how much of a difference the "Right Garage Door" cloud make to the front of any house. Personally, I just couldn't quite see what he meant, that is, until my new door was installed. I went with a "Full View". It's almost all obscured glass and looks great. Another benefit I found out was it lets in lots of light! Also, David was telling me how it has a very light aluminum frame (which means less time off the track) which allows it to operate quicker and easier and because of that that it would need little to no maintenance and would potentially last longer than a regular door. Anyhow, I am beyond pleased and just had to brag on my man David and Sac's. Thanks guys! You can see the before and after pics and the difference it made.
