Google1This business does not do any work, they send work to a pool of contractors. My experience may not be indicative of the experience you get, but this is a risk you'll take. The contractor I worked with, Daniel, managed to upsell a spring replacement to a full garage door replacement. After paying 20% down, deadlines were missed, calls were not answered. He claimed to have been in the hospital, then offered to refund my money. I accepted, and never received a refund. I filed a dispute with my credit card company, and after nearly two months of silence, he had the NERVE to provide some bogus evidence of not having received cancellation notice per policy. I have provided refuting evidence. Also, as far as I'm aware, it is illegal to operate as a contractor without a license in Washington state. Using the information on the invoice, I looked for a license in the tool provided by the Washington State Department of Labor & Industries. No license could be found. This contractor is very likely not licensed, bonded, or insured. Save yourself a potential headache and look for a different company.

Raul came by swiftly. After doing through investigation, he figured out that the issue was due to the torsion spring that snapped. He resolved the issue in by changing the spring to a new one and at the same time changed the cables. Google5Chose to go with them after reading reviews! It has been frustrating situation that SD Garage Door Repair solved and even got me better results than I thought I am going to get. First of all, several competitors were either way over priced or were unable to provide the service (Not a simple task). Based on the price point, communication, follow-through and availability, I went with SD Garage Door Repair. Scheduling was a breeze. After the initial visit obtaining the necessary information to correct the issue with the garage, the company had to order the correct parts. Upon receipt, the installation was scheduled. Oliver, the garage technician, or more accurately "garage door engineer" was professional respectful and informative. He arrived on time and got to work. After the install and some adjustments things looked and worked well. The challenge with an older door encompasses its own issues, however, Oliver knocked it out of the park. I'm very satisfied. If you choose SD Garage Door Repair take good care of the guys. They work hard and they never complain. I wish all contractors were like Same Day Garage Door Repair.

Google5Our garage door was stuck and off tracks and it was obvious that the only solution will be to get a new garage door. Got few quotes from different suppliers in Bothell, but felt like the guys from Same Day Garage Door Repair were the most professional and I had a good feeling about them (Anthony is easy to work with). On the day of the new door install, Anthony showed up and started getting to work right away and didn't mind that my dog would come see what he was doing every once in a while lol. Left him there to work while I picked I went to get my groceries. When we got back I got excited to see our new door getting installed. When he was done and I went to the garage to see the new door I was like WOW! New door looks great, super quiet, and is everything you could ask for in a garage door. 100% recommend. Google5Thank god it was just the door that got damaged and nobody got injured. My daughter closed the garage door on a skateboard that was placed under the door and damaged door so badly that it was stuck with no way to move it. Same Day Garage Door Repair Of Bothell showed up within 30 minutes, looked at door, had it working in less than 20 minutes and only charged me $85. I assumed I was going to be out $400-600. Then they instructed me on what to look for when the time comes that the door will eventually need to be replaced. They also lowered the safety sensors that were put in wrong.
