Do not use this company. I called them and they answered the phone saying "garage door". They ask for my address and phone number and told me a technician would call me back which he did. When he called I tried to talk to the tech but he said he could not here me and would call me back.I never got a call back but 20 minutes later he shows up at my door in a unmarked white van. I was surprised to see him because I never arranged a appointment. The first thing I told him is I would need some form of proof of insurance before he could do any work. I also asked who do you work for and he answered with "I work for ME" The tech then told me to call the number I originally dialed and talk to them and then he asked to see the door that needed repair. I told him I would need proof of insurance before anything else. While the tech was standing there I called the number back and asked for proof of insurance and they told me they would contact the owner for that. After I got off the phone the tech said he would wait in the van and as he started walking out his cell phone rang and he answered it and then got into his van and drove off. My take away from this is you are getting a person that probably has no license, bond or insurance and they probably have little experience. When you call the local number you are calling a national call center that takes a cut for sending independent contractors. I recommend not using them.
