BBB1We engaged Smart Solutions Garage Door Service to address an issue with our commercial roll-up door. Upon arrival, the technician spent a mere 10 minutes performing minor adjustments to the door. Subsequently, the technician suggested replacing the springs, which came with an estimated cost exceeding one thousand dollars. We opted not to proceed with this expensive recommendation.In our pursuit of a second opinion, we reached out to another door company for a quote. To our surprise, they found no issues with the springs and promptly resolved the problem for just over $300.00.In light of the limited time spent and the apparent misdiagnosis by Smart Solutions Garage Door Service, we contacted them to request a partial refund. Regrettably, we received no response or acknowledgment of our concerns.Given this experience, we would advise potential customers to explore alternative service providers for their garage door needs.

BBB1Smart Solution Garage Door Service Inc pops up during web searches and appears to be local to your city, but they probably aren't, and you are only within their service area. Their website says, "We Have Best Prices" and that the owner (*************) is readily available to "...help customers with all of their garage door needs." However, after I called for a quote to repair a broken spring, someone from another company showed up and way overcharged me. I admit this was my fault for being uninformed and agreeing to the work, but it is NOT as this company represents itself. I called the next day to verify what happened and ask why the "other" company arrived, I was promised a call back - but now it's only crickets. If you are wiser than I, you will NOT use or even reference this company for any work to be done.

BBB1Do not use this company. ****** will withhold or misrepresent the realistic cost of the job until he has completed some piece , and then lay the larger dollar cost on you. When confronted he is unprofessional and unreasonable. I would use zero stars if I could.

BBB1DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They do not come out same day. They do not return calls. They do not do good work. They do not care about the customer. There are many other ********************** door companies, pick any one but Smart Solution. I gave them 1 star because the review process requires it but it would really be no stars.

BBB1They came out right away. We put a deposit down of $1800.00 on a new garage door. They have not return our calls or texts. We have asked for our money back and have heard nothing. Do not use them.

BBB1I had two garage door springs installed. He wanted $800 when the job was done. I asked them to remove the springs, because the price was too high.So he lowered it to $600, and I paid it. After he left, I called another company. They would have done it for $300. I believe this company has taken advantage of me.
