Google5This company responded promptly to my call for service. The polite and professional tech knew his stuff and quickly diagnosed the issue. He installed 2 new door openers same day and made sure everything was working correctly before he left. The equipment seems to be good quality and came with a 5 year warranty. Would recommend!

Google5I had a very good experience with Garage Door Works today. I called this morning because my pad on the outside of the garage wasn't working and within 2 hours the technician was at my door and was able to resolve my problem very quickly. I don't recall his name but he was very professional and courteous and the price was very reasonable. I will call them again for any of my garage problems in the future and will refer family and friends. So in closing I just wanted again to say THANK YOU to Garage Door Works for the professional service.

Google5I had a good experience with this company. They were quick getting back to me, the communication was good and all of my questions were answered. The technician that came to my house was friendly, did an excellent job and it showed that he took pride in his work. I was very satisfied with his work and attention to detail. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family.

Google5My garage door opener would not shut. It would start and then go back up. I personally did all the troubleshooting I could with no success. I called this company and Tommy came over and we both went over everything and still could not find a good resolve. Tommy was able to get the garage door to work consistently after 10 to 15 cycles. I experienced the same throughout the day, but in the morning the problem started again. Tommy’s assessment was it’s most likely a problem with the wiring which I agree. Both sensors were doing what they were supposed to do and we experimented with alternative methods to ensure it wasn’t the sensor. Tommy was very grateful to say since we weren’t sure we fixed the problem. It was going to be a courtesy call and if it continued, we would give Tommy a call back and continue with the challenge. Highly unlikely it’s the motor or the motherboard since they rarely go bad, especially at only three years old. I would call them back in a heartbeat. Tommy was a gentleman professional and I felt he knew what he was doing. I highly recommend garage door works and ask for Tommy.

Google5We had a really good service experience with The Garage Door Works. They were able to send a repair technician the day after I called. Skye was very professional and friendly. He was able to resolve the issue with minimal work. He also gave us options for replacing the motor (probably due) and spring (not needed) but didn't push either. We will definitely consider them next time we need service.

Angi1Spring replacement went fine - quick and fast. BUT two things didn't go well. 1. I asked to provide an estimate to upgrade doors to be hi-lift and replace opener, which I never did. Even after calling company multiples times to remind about this. 2. Justin convinced me into buying more expensive springs, while he knew that I am looking to convert door to be hi-lift. Now I am learning that those springs can't be used and would need to be replaced again. Definitely will not recommend or hire again. Services Rendered: Spring replacement

Angi5I got the $60 "tune up" coupon. The tech came out at a time that worked with my schedule and fixed the misaligned rail that was causing my garage door to sometimes hiccup and not close properly. He also lubricated all the parts and unbent a portion of the bottom of the door. The garage door is running super smooth now! He helped diagnose the issue I had with a really old door system and suggested options that were more budget conscious than other quote, including re-using the existing door that was totally fine to keep. Angi5The tech was highly experienced, skilled, and professional. We had several other companies take a look and no one really knew how to adjust our door properly. The Door Works fixed our door and their price was extremely reasonable. Would definitely use them again. A+++ Services Rendered: Had garage door serviced and tuned up.
