Angi1Spring replacement went fine - quick and fast. BUT two things didn't go well. 1. I asked to provide an estimate to upgrade doors to be hi-lift and replace opener, which I never did. Even after calling company multiples times to remind about this. 2. Justin convinced me into buying more expensive springs, while he knew that I am looking to convert door to be hi-lift. Now I am learning that those springs can't be used and would need to be replaced again. Definitely will not recommend or hire again. Services Rendered: Spring replacement

Angi5I got the $60 "tune up" coupon. The tech came out at a time that worked with my schedule and fixed the misaligned rail that was causing my garage door to sometimes hiccup and not close properly. He also lubricated all the parts and unbent a portion of the bottom of the door. The garage door is running super smooth now! Angi5Justin did a great job. He helped diagnose the issue I had with a really old door system and suggested options that were more budget conscious than other quote, including re-using the existing door that was totally fine to keep. Instead it was the motor, etc., that needed replacing. Great value, work, and clean up. Services Rendered: Partial parts replacement

Angi5It was great. They were on time. Friendly k knowledgeable about the door. They gave me a couple different options about the door. Worked better at the end and continues to work well. Services Rendered: fixed a broken door and tuned the door up

Angi5The tech was highly experienced, skilled, and professional. We had several other companies take a look and no one really knew how to adjust our door properly. The Door Works fixed our door and their price was extremely reasonable. Would definitely use them again. A+++ Services Rendered: Had garage door serviced and tuned up. (Note: Sears in Kent came out a few weeks ago, did a tune-up, and totally screwed up our door.)

Angi5Fast service at a reasonable price. I’d recommend the Door Works to anybody. Services Rendered: Installation of 2 garage door openers (purchased myself) and replacement of 1 door cable.

Angi5Absolutely amazing! The spring broke at 6.00pm, trapping both my cars inside. I requested a call from the Door Company through Angie's list at 8.00pm. I was called at 10.00am the next morning. Lauren arrived at noon and was finished by 3.00pm. He was highly skilled, very reasonably priced, and very courteous. Thank you Lauren for a job well done. Mel.
